I have been buying flowers from Duncan's owner Stacy every couple of weeks for over three years. I was chasing the prettiest girl I have ever known (we met in high school, fifty years ago) and I wanted some nice flowers. We weren't seeing each other very often at first, and I wanted something that would be around for a while when I wasn't there, just to remind her.
I had tried flowers from a couple different places, but hadn't found a good selection, or really, just the staying power. The first couple of times at Stacy's place I thought I was just lucky, because they lasted way over a week. But after a while I realized that it is the people there, Stacy and Megan (and Tori), that are just really good at what they do.
Its seems to have worked. We asked Megan for flowers and arrangements for our wedding this past week, and she came though far, far beyond our expectations.
The table arrangement is just breathtaking. The silk arrangements are gorgeous, and will be around for a long time to remind us of the event. The bridal bouquet is simply stunning.

Read moreMy husband had ordered many bouquets from this shop and have all been lovely until this Valentine’s Day. They completely messed up his order and did not listen to the flowers that he wanted in it. So when I contacted them about it they blamed my husband for not speaking up when he picked them up! What man knows the exact names and can match the flower to them! I knew it as soon as he brought them home that they weren’t what he asked for. So I contacted them asking if we could work something out and they told me that is what he ordered. Which he definitely did not! Their customer service is lacking quite a bit! Especially if you pay a good chunk for flowers, you better get what you pay for. Also the flowers died just 3 days after we got them! Florist flowers should last at least a week, hopefully more. So all in all, we will NEVER be going back to Duncan’s! Which sucks, because we really did like them. But how they handled our complaint was extremely unprofessional and not customer oriented. Read moreHonestly the boutenir and corsage were lovely but I cannot say the same for the customer service experience that I had. The experience started poorly because there was a miscommunication and lack of clarification of the actual date of my Prom, so I called to clarify and asked for the pickup date to be moved, which was obliged to rather rudely. I called the day before pickup to ensure that the order was not lost. On the phone, I was told that all of the orders would be ready and was not asked for my order name and was hung up on. When trying to secure the boutonniere, the rose broke at the stem and I noticed that there was no florist tape or wire securing anything.
