I don’t even want to leave a one star but I have no other choice. I have been a client of Alta for quite some years and I am very disappointed in the salon in Heath Ohio, especially the manager there Allison she wants to be the Alta police she told me that I was no longer welcome to come back in to receive my services to finish my hair. I am left undone after spending $600 for salt and pepper didn’t get that I got calico hair and when I try to make an appointment to go back in, she had let me know that I had already canceled twice so that I was not welcome to come back to receive the rest of what I needed to get done and also my person that does my hair no longer wanted to finish my hair after they had destroyed my hair didn’t want to finish it. Very disappointed. I recommend everyone do not go back. Do not get any kind of hair coloring or hair lightning because they honestly don’t know what they’re doing and are very rude. Allison hung up on my face and wouldn’t answer the phone like a child so that I could explain after I had to report her to the general manager. very disappointing in the service is very disappointed incompetent so please by all means do not ask for salt and pepper because you will get blonde brown gold every other color except what you want and they will leave you left undone for $600. That’s what I’ve spent so far and I’m still left on done very incompetent service. Hi my wife went in for a service and she was very disappointed because they overcharged her her hair is not even shoulder length and overpriced. For a hlightning they wanted to stretch out the hours because they charge $80 an hour. So they actually kept it for 4 hours instead of 2 hours. To price gouge and to get more money out of my wife didn't even Finish the service Wanted to do another 2 sessions which is also another 3 to 4 hours. And didn't even do what To finish my wife's hair she is left with her hair undone. The manager Allison had acted like a child and told my wife that she was no longer. Welcome to come back into the salon when my wife tried to set up another appointment. They told her that she had already canceled twice so she was not allowed to come in on an appointment she had to come in on a walk in. Does that make sense no I recommend you stay out of the salon in adulta The stylist that was doing my wife's hair also said that she could not do her hair any longer after they left her undone unfinished. She's in tears they wanted to pull her off on someone else. Please stay out of here don't go back it's a waste of money and their price gauging They take their sweet time to add more hours and don't even do what you ask them to do....
