Target — Local services in Heath

Well, irony struck again. A day after giving a 5 star glowing review, tried using the pickup again. Apparently I made the worst mistake known to humankind; I accidentally ordered Mt Dew, not Diet Dew. I noticed when they were loading my car the mistake I made. I work 14 hour nights, so I did this afternoon pickup immediately after waking up, not dressed for public. But I was told I had to go inside and exchange. I went inside, but was told that they couldn't return/exchange, because IT HAD NOT BEEN LONG ENOUGH!?! They told me to go home and come back some other time to get it corrected. I went home, changed clothes, called the manager and told him to be waiting for me. I just went ahead and returned my entire order. I will not be an enabler of ineptitude. Even with the manager, the return process is the worst I have ever experienced. There is a barcode to make it easier, but they still have to type every number on the receipt to complete the refund. The refund probably took a solid 15 minutes, completely defeating the purpose of using pickup (aside from all the other ridiculousness). I have a feeling the young kids (including the manager) are just lazy and incompetent, that Target actually has a very simple and nice system. 25 is the average age of when the human brain is fully developed ... I did not encounter a fully developed brain while...

Went to this target at 3:15 p.m. on March 26th. I found a hot wheels premium fast and furious 1/64 scale car on the peg that I wanted to buy. At check out it would not scan. The store manager had told me the only price she can find online for a different fast and furious car was $13.99 I informed her that was more than double the actual price for a hot wheel premium car. Went back to where I got the car, picked up a different fast and furious car and it scanned for $6.49 I brought this to the attention of the store manager and she still would not honor the price on the peg. How did this product even make it onto the peg if unable to scan.? I spent 20 minutes in the store trying to buy one item but only left empty-handed and disappointed. Unfortunately I do expect better service from target which I have received in the past. I didn't want it free, I only wanted to pay the fair...

Me and my boyfriend were shopping in this store doing nothing wrong and there was a guy following us around acting really weird peeking his head around aisle corners and then we seen him he would run off this was going on for about 20 minutes we couldn’t even shop in peace because we were being watched so hard. When we tried to confront him he ran into the office. I feel very profiled as being a shoplifter & as I’m still a minor I will be getting cops involved for harassment. If that is your security they need to do better and watch the people who are actually committing crimes. And when we mentioned it to an actual worker she did not care about how we felt. Would not recommend. Very uncomfortable if I could this a 0 star...
