Rural King — Local services in Heath

I see that many others have the same issue about the masks being over the nose I to was rudely approached by a lady telling me to put the mask over my nose but I had the mask covering my mouth and both of my nostrils but she saod I had to have it up to the center of my nose so i said ill get my daughter she hs my purse that has a letter from my doctor on the mask issue so she then goes to a phone and she literally was so very unprofessional and childish she stared straight at me with a smirk and then over the intercom said customers attention we require masls and they habe to be covering the whole face and pointed to me and said this is not the appropriate way I guess it didnt matter i had a doctors note but at the same time I think I should have been asked to leave not put on display because of the thing not high enough for her liking and I agree with the other persons review the masks only prevent to a certain degree. My daughter and I drove a long way and so we had to use the restroom and the store is a bit dirty but the bathroom was horrific so qe decided to wait but while in there the lady thats giving everyone grief over how high up the nose she wants the masks she opened the stall door amd then went back oit to the store without even washing her hands and somehow thats not a concern. Very unprofessional and childish behavior and...

Not thrilled. First of all, the store was messy and disorganized (more than the "acceptable" hardware store mess) and that leads to my plight. Tons of items didn't have tags and plenty of things were in the wrong spots, or too far back on the shelf for me to reach. So I found a product I wanted to purchase, and took it to check out. The cashier told me it was "misplaced" and was more than double the price (17$ instead of 5.50$). I thought: "Luckily I have a photo to prove the price." Despite this and the fact that there were multiple others of the same product tagged likewise, they still pegged me for their "misplacement". I ended up not purchasing the item. Overall, I felt like this was not the experience I anticipated, it was frustrating and I am disappointed.

UPDATE: I filled out their sanctioned survey and requested that they contact me. It has been over a week now, and they never got back to me. Went from moderately frustrated...

Ordered by the mask police to have mask over my nose. I just had eye surgery and cannot have anything around my eyes. This constitutes a medical issue which negates masks anyway. Gun counter sales area has a sign in sheet and only 2 people permitted at counter. Once again we encountered a not so friendly associate, who is wearing an Arab scarf as a mask. I suppose that meets all mandates for face covering. As we proceed to look at buying a gun safe we discover all of Rural Kings safes are made in CHINA. So much for their "good old boy rural" store, seems more like a Chinese operative as we continued to shop we found more and more of their products were import from China. So we end up near the check out and are greeted by I assume the manager and the mask BS begins. Our cart was left full and we walked out the door. We will NEVER shop at Rural King again and I hope more patriotic Americans...
