LIFE OF MOLIFE OF MO
I’ve been to this location in the past but had a much better experience. They had different people running it at the time and I suppose it makes all the difference the type of service you receive at places that are set up as more of a grab and go type, nevertheless, the service I received with the change of staff was less than satisfactory. I ordered the Thai tea with no boba (tapioca). The lady taking my order looked a little annoyed at my request not to add in the e boba. I then asked if they applied military discounts at this location, to which she asked the manager in the back and he said no. No problem. I waited and got my drink but it was full to almost the brim with boba. And she says “you ordered the Thai tea did you?” And I said “yes ma’am but could I please have it without the boba. I think-“ and she cuts me off and tells me to “hold on” while she proceeds to take the order of a new customer. She makes me wait while she takes a very long time getting the order of the customer before she finally turns to me and without a word, takes the boba filled tea and plops it on the counter next to the manager and complains that I don’t want boba but that she’s not remaking it. She gets a new cup but strains out the boba and adds a ton of ice instead of just making the drink the way I originally ordered. Then misses some boba so when I make it to the bottom of the drink, I find some. I just didn’t get it. Why the need to be so rude while at a tea shop. It take less than 1 minute to make a drink per customer. I also asked the manager if he would consider asking management to consider implementing a service member discount to which he did everything to avoid from answering my question going to the extremes of saying he had a deep deep conversation with the owner about his compassion towards military service members and how he had begged and pleaded with the owner to implement one but the guy wasn’t for it. And he and the other lady laughed after I said thank you and walked away. It was just awful. At least wait until I have left the building to laugh at the ridiculous story you just told me. I’m not one to leave many negative reviews but this place just left a sour taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning.

Sadly this is the rudest location I’ve encountered. I frequent multiple locations and this one is a newer one near me but I gotta say customer service is non existent. No greeting NOR reply when entering establishment. I also had to be a little loud to grab someone from the back. Last but not least, I completely forgot to enter my number to add points, however I personally think it should be a standard question to customers if they’re loyalty members. My drink was BOMB though! 10/10 on my Honeydew Cream Blend taste like it ALWAYS does! That did Not disappoint!

On yesterday, I purchased 3 boba teas (cookie and cream, matcha, and mangonada), the chicken poppers, and squid balls. The mangonada was for me, the squid balls and matcha was for my daughter and her cousin who came inside with us had the cookies and cream along with chicken poppers. Before we pulled off to leave the place, my daughter noticed short straight hair in her boba tea. So, we brought it back to them and they made her another one. After she got the remade matcha boba tea, we left the building. After riding in the car for about 5 minutes, my daughter screamed and said, "Eww, there is another hair but in my mouth." The 3 of us plus 2 additional cousins who were in the same car witnessed the long strain of hair. A few of them also witnessed my daughter toss the hair out of the window. I immediately located the establishment's phone number and called it. I spoke with Ashley over the phone who I explained this claim to and she told me that I wouldn't be able to get a refund. She also said that I had 15 minutes to bring it back and they would able to make another one or get food instead and I wasn't able to do that. Ashley also told me that Chelsea was the person who fixed the matcha boba tea both times. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I would have to call on tomorrow to speak with one. I had my daughter throw away the matcha boba tea when we got to where we were residing. So today, I called the establishment again and spoke to a manager named Teale and she told me that there is a no refund policy and that it allegedly on the building. She also said that I would be able to get a free drink voucher placed in my name so that the drink could be replaced. She also stated that I could get food instead. So, I had her take my name in order get the drink voucher but I prefer a refund to avoid hair being the drink possibly...
