I visited the location in hemet and got 2 medium size cups of pistachio and one of strawberry, I asked the girl attendant why the pistachio looked fluorescent green, she looked it up and told me it was the artificial coloring and artificial flavoring, no actual pistachio were harmed making the ice cream...Really? I expected better from such expensive ice cream. I purchased a couple of waffle cones and they were stale and chewy, not crispy, I could've bought a bucket of ice cream from Walmart with the same or better quality, no more coldstone for me
Update: went to their website and to their credit the list all the artificial ingredients they use on all their flavors, ZERO natural anything, probably the unhealthiest thing you'll ever eat. Go see for yourself, it's such a ripoff that they sell junk food at such premium price, you'd think that they would spend a bit more and use natural ingredients. Read moreI went in to this cold stone and immediately asked if they have any dairy free options, the lady showed me the 2 sorbets they had available and I said OK great, I tasted it and it was so creamy I asked to confirm that its dairy and lactose free, she replied its the same thing, which is %100 not true. She said you are lactose free not allergic so it's fine. I told her no I'm actually allergic to dairy. She went to the back to remake my ice cream and said since your allergic you can't have any chocolate chips right... with a terrible attitude. I said " no I can't" she came back and said she didn't have the sorbets I wanted in the back. So I just said never mind.I will try again at a...

I don’t know about you but to me no ice cream in the world would make me avoid that scene. Sorry Cold Stone Creamery you can blame the landlord and the police but they did not attack that man your employee did. And that is Stone Cold...
