Returned rented furniture to Aaron's on 8-1-2025 Aaron's showed up to pick up said furniture. Aarons had the person who is secondary on the account sign the return slip and loaded the furniture on they're truck and returned to the store. At 9:30 am on 8-6-2025 there was a knock on the door to Wich noone answered because everyone was sleeping. At 1130 secondary account holder went outside to find that the couch and love seat were thrown in the yard with no phone call and no correspondence. Home is located in a trailer park that has strict rules. Called the customer service line after repeated attempts to call Greensburg store. Customer service opened a ticket and said I would receive a call from the store owner but that I was still liable for said furniture even though Aaron's took possession of it. So now furniture is sitting outside cannot get a hold of the Greensburg store no call from owner and they are trying to hold me liable for whatever happens to the furniture. There is nowhere to put said furniture no way to cover it and possibly will incur a fine. Cannot move furniture due to back injury. Had Indiana store get ahold of them and they told Indiana that the couches had pee on them because they were wet and were dirty. They were not that bad and only reason they were wet was because my daughter's mother wiped them down before Aaron's came to get them. When my daughter's mother got a hold of them they said that they don't clean furniture nor do they have the stuff to clean furniture. So that means that any used furniture that comes back to the store is not getting cleaned before it gets resold 🤢 have had nothing but problems with Greensburg store since the new team...
Read moreI'm not sure what kind of place this is, not sure if it's a furniture store or an adult store. when i walked in I was greeted by absolutely no one until the younger delivery driver walked into the store after and greeted me and helped me out. the whole time i was in the store you could hear the bald man and the other employees that were in the store talking about very r rated things very loud and never seemed to care about there being customers there. the bald guy apparently is the regional manager and the glasses and red head ladies he was talking to were also managers and they never once cared to aknowledge the customers. terrible place don't...
