We ordered a piece of furniture just after New Years. Our name was put in the order book. Nearly 6 months later we are still waiting. The worst part is every employee that we have talked to when checking on the furniture has been no help and completely oblivious. They know nothing and can't tell us when our table will be made. They don't even offer to try to find out. They open the book and tell us "yep you are still there." I will never buy another piece...

Over PRICED ....... They do NOT HAVE ANY PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. Had a problem with lights we purchased a total of 6 boxes @$30.00ea. All I was asking for was an exchange for lights that were bad......they literally ignored my calls and ALWAYS THE STORE MGR WAS NEVER THERE OR NEVER GOT THE MESSAGE TO CALL ME.
