They are expensive, but it's my opinion since I don't have a lot of money. The only reason for my 4 star review is due to a higher cost than I am used to paying. For me this place is a luxury ice cream place. I will say this though; you can taste a HUGE difference. They have one of the better quality ice creams available on the market today. They do give a small sample if you're not sure or have never had any of their ice cream. They do not charge for samples. I also would like to mention some other things about the place. 1. They offer a military discount. You just need to show ID or maybe a VA health card or DD 214 to prove you are a veteran or active or reservist. 2. They have a loyalty rewards program, but you have to complete registration online. I still have to do that yet. 3. If you like to play PokemonGo there are 2 Pokestops here, one for Starbucks and one for Sprint. It's kind of nice to sit there and play PokemonGo while you enjoy a tasty treat. 4. They don't get mad at you and demand you purchase something if you have to use the bathroom. 5. They seem to always courteous and respectful to all with whom they come in contact always greeting you almost from the very moment you enter. 6. They do ask you if you want a larger size or if you would like a topping, but they do not pressure you for an upsale like some places. 7. Overall, they always seem to do their best to keep their place of business very clean. 8. I have never seen them cross contaminate any food while there. That is one thing I always try to check for any food places where I plan on eating. Overall, yes, they are a bit pricey, but the old adage is sometimes true like in this case. Read moreSo they used to have blueberry muffin batter, it was mine and my family’s favorite flavor. It was like a blue purple color and they just randomly stopped having it. Today I see a sign that they actually have it again after not seeing it for like 2 years, so I stop in. It looks totally different, white with a tiny bit of blue. I asked if it was still the same and was told yes. I ordered the huge take home size (Everyones, it’s almost a gallon) to bring home to everyone and was all excited to surprise them. But when we tried it, it is definitely NOT the same. It tastes terrible, like basic vanilla ice cream mixed with a little blueberry ice cream. Zero batter flavor whatsoever, just not good at all. It tastes like if you bought store brand blueberry ice cream- bland and disappointing. Literally nobody liked it, and that massive size was expensive, so I’m a little ticked. They told me it was the same, and really shouldn’t have changed it. Also, the amount of mix ins you get is very highly dependent on who is making your ice cream, so the quality can be inconsistent. Read moreI usually have a great experience when we get ice cream from cold stone creamery but this time was much different. My daughter wanted ice cream but fell asleep on the way there so I decided to do the curbside pickup. I ordered and called when I got there like it states to do. A nice lady answered, looked up my order and told me to give them a few minutes and someone would bring it out. I sat there for 25 minutes... And nothing. I called and said, "I'm sorry if I'm being a pest but I've been sitting here waiting for my order for 25 minutes. Can you see what's going on with it?" The man on the other end of the phone was not nice at all. He asked for my name and preceded to say, "You're not the only curbside order. We have like 10 of them right now." I kept my mouth shut but it's funny how I didn't see them come outside once with a curbside order and I watched several customers walk in and walk out with their ice cream. He found my order and brought it out within 2 minutes. They obviously forgot about my order. I do not appreciate being talked to like that to cover up their mistake. If the employees don't want to participate in curbside pickup then the option needs to be taken...
