Went here today it is a rainy Sunday, Mother’s Day. I have waited in their drive thru for what feels like forever before so I ordered ahead of time for in store pick up because we have our 3 kids and baby with us. When I got into the store there was a man, no mask which nothing was said to him. I am forced to wear a mask while working and have even fainted while at work because of a syncope episode. When I’m off of work I have the right to prevent a lack of oxygen. When I told them I would not put on a mask they told me to wait outside. It should have been as simple as me walking into Sheetz to grab my items that have already been purchased and given a time to pick up. Instead I’m threatened to have the cops called on me. I got my money back and left. Got my joe around the corner, with no line, super friendly staff, and ten times better taste. Read moreUnfortunately, as a regular, i have to stop coming here. I slowly started backing away anyway in support of palestine, but the service here has been going downhill since last year. The negative attitude of the workers have been really obvious since last summer, which makes me think the work environment is not healthy. This morning, i had an order of iced coffee w/ extra sweet cream, and the color was a little dark, but no problem, there was room at the top anyway, so i asked for more cream. When i asked for more, the worker literally dumped out half of my coffee and filled it all the way up with cream. I was honestly so shocked that i just took it and walked away. It was as rude as it was immature. Im honestly not sure if she was new or not, i personally have never seen her before, but considering how the energy is when i go there, its not worth supporting anymore. $7 for a BASIC ORDER is a lot to get that...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had! I have been patronizing this Starbucks since it opened. I ordered a Venti Frap in drive thru and was quoted the usual price. When I got up to the window I was handed a Tall. I said I ordered a Venti and the Barista Jordan rolled his eyes and told the girl Barista Venti. When he rudely handed me the Venti I said "I didn't order incorrectly", and he said said bye and let the window doors close and walked away. I parked and went in to talk to a Manager and reported the incident. He was laughing when I left. I went back in to get his name and he and the Manager were discussing and laughing. I got his name and called District Manager Shannon and she was extremely apologetic and told me I would be called by the Greengate store Manager. That was a month ago.
