This review is solely based on customer service as I was unable to make a purchase for what I was looking for. I came in early on Monday morning which I understand can be a hectic time of the day/week. I was looking for a cut of beef for a Korean beef dish I was making this evening. Upon entering no one is in sight for a few minutes which again is understandable, Monday morning things can be hectic. When someone finally comes into view I saw they were busy doing a task so working years of retail myself I figure they would wrap things up, greet me and help me with my purchase. No. They said a brief hello and continued on their task. Now could I have stoped them from what they are doing to ask questions? Of course! Is this my job as the customer? Nope! I looked around some more and pulled out my phone to check the recipe I plan to make this evening. Still the individual continued about their task because I now assume that task was far more important then helping me, a possible...

I've purchased 3 steaks so far and each one was better than the last I don't think they offer anything but finest local sourced , very uniform and for a reasonable price considering the quality. I hope they can keep it that way. They have a customer for life. Please spread the word. We need these guys to stay...

Excellent new market on Main St, Clark was so helpful. We usually get NY strip. Clark offered to cut a strip for us, but the local, grass fed rib eye looked amazing so we got that.
