Vera Bradley Outlet — Local services in Hershey

My daughter and I decided to stop in yesterday because I wanted to look for a another item to go along with a previous item I've bought from this location a while back. Well needless to say I was very disappointed that there was about 3 employees standing at the counter continously chitter chattering with each other and failed to come to welcome us upon entering the store nor offering any assistance even though they stood in a distance stareing at us and continued to chit chat among one another while I continued to try to look. I find it very rude and unprofessional to have someone working in retail/custome service and to be able to ignore and not acknowledge the customer. This isn't the first time. I so love your Name Brand items but I will no longer return to this location. Hopefully your employees will do better in...

I was at the Hershey store yesterday with my girlfriends and we were not very happy when we found out that there were no prices listed for merchandise! You had to get your phone out to find out the price of merchandise, and when we ask what things cost the staff stood there and looked at us, and never acknowledged us!! Very poor customer service!! I know people say that it is easy to use devices, but why would I want to keep getting my phone out every time I want to know a price...

This was one of many stores within the Tanger Outlets in Hershey, PA over 4th July weekend and between the heat and the crowds, decided to shop through the complex. The merchandise here is assorted and great new prints yet very expensive for the lower quality of bags through last 20 years.
