I had my hair done by Yudeth (blonde hair with a bob), and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I came into the salon with black box dye and overgrown light brown roots. I showed Yudeth clear inspiration photos of the deep wine red color I wanted. Instead of working to match that, she showed me swatches that looked nothing like it. Still, I trusted her and let her proceed.
She only bleached the mid to ends of my hair and applied a red dye, which left me with a patchy, uneven reddish-brown color—nothing close to what I asked for. When I voiced my concerns, she said, “I already did the hard part by removing the black dye,” as if the rest was now my responsibility. Then she asked me to resend the inspo photo so she could “get the right dye” for a follow-up appointment.
When I reached out to schedule that, she once again showed me the same mismatched swatches and told me I’d have to buy the dye myself and bring it in for her to apply. That made no sense—if I’m purchasing the product, why would I pay over $70 just for the application?
Throughout the process, she placed the responsibility on me when she’s supposed to be the professional. She kept saying it’s “a process” to get to the desired color, but that doesn’t excuse the poor communication, unprofessional attitude, or lack of accountability.
When I contacted her privately and respectfully told her I appreciated her time but was disappointed with the results and the way I was treated, she got defensive. She told me she messed up by not taking a before picture—as if that somehow discredited my experience. I have proof and messages documenting everything.
I also asked for a refund or a fair solution, but was told I’d have to pay again if I wanted to return. I’ve wasted time, money, and dealt with unnecessary emotional stress over something that should have been straightforward.

From the get go the personnel had an attitude. No one seemed to want to work. My Daughter was getting her eyebrows done which she loved and her hair colored which was good.
I was getting a manicure and the entire time the nail tech had a bad attitude. She wouldn't speak or look at me but did have time to stop frequently to play music on her cell phone and sing aong. She did a horrible job too...the width of the nails were to big, it looked like I had man hands. She didn't smooth out the acrylic and she left nail polish under my nails.

I have to give it a bad review because the customer service was bad overall. I've been to other salons and usaly they are friendly and speak with the customers and make a long process enjoyable

En lugar de intentar igualarlo, me mostró muestras de color que no se parecían en nada. Aun así, confié en ella y le permití continuar.
Solo decoloró de medios a puntas y luego aplicó un tinte rojo, lo que dejó mi cabello con un color rojizo-marrón parchado y desigual—nada parecido a lo que pedí. Cuando le manifesté mi preocupación, me dijo: “ya hice la parte difícil al quitar el tinte negro”, como si el resto del proceso ya no fuera su responsabilidad. Luego me pidió que le volviera a enviar la foto de inspiración para “conseguir el tinte correcto” y arreglarlo en una siguiente cita.
Al intentar agendar esa cita, nuevamente me mostró las mismas muestras de color que no coincidían y me dijo que yo debía comprar el tinte y llevarlo para que ella lo aplicara. Eso no tiene sentido—si yo estoy comprando el producto, ¿por qué tendría que pagar más de $70 solo para que ella lo aplique?
Durante todo el proceso, puso la responsabilidad en mí, cuando ella es la profesional. Repetía que “es un proceso” llegar al color deseado, pero eso no justifica la mala comunicación, la falta de profesionalismo ni la falta de compromiso.
Cuando me comuniqué con ella en privado, de manera respetuosa, para decirle que agradecía su tiempo pero que estaba decepcionada con el resultado y el trato, respondió a la defensiva. Me dijo que ella se equivocó al no tomar una foto del antes, como si eso invalidara mi experiencia. Yo tengo pruebas y capturas de nuestros mensajes.
También pedí un reembolso o una solución justa, y me dijo que si quería volver tendría que pagar nuevamente. Perdí tiempo, dinero y pasé por un estrés emocional innecesario por algo que debería haber sido sencillo.
No recomiendo este lugar para servicios de color. No hubo profesionalismo, ni seguimiento de lo prometido, ni un verdadero esfuerzo por corregir...
