Sunset Slush of High Point — Restaurant in High Point

Me and my four grandchildren have eaten at Sunset Slush here in High Point NC twice. They love the slush but to get us in there and only have a few to choose from was more than disappointing and a waste of time and gas to get there. We had a great experience at Ocean Isle when we went there. But to top it all off, the most disrespectful thing about both visits is that we were told they were out of napkins!! One clerk went to the back for a roll of paper towel. She gave us one!! The tables and floors had previous spills on them and the place looks uncared for and with kids there and possible spills and no way to clean up is a total managerial position failure!! They should be ashamed to even open their store and expect payment for such filthy conditions and no regard to the customer. You can tell whoever the owner is they are not checking on their store and apparently really don’t care and if ya can’t have a napkin, then how clean is the slushy???? Plenty of other places out there to take...

Update: Carson is awesome. What a great employee. Brought out some water for my parched pooch! Thank you! Had the OMG. Tangerine, peach and maybe raspberry. Incredible on a hot mid 90s day.

So I had to use the restroom while waiting for someone at this strip mall and I thought I would be polite and buy something. The young lady was amazingly helpful and told me her favorite was crybaby. It was a mixture of several flavors that honestly did not sound like it would work. It was like blue raspberry, green apple and something else. I bought a small. I was amazed that I liked it as much as I did. Pretty sure I have had Italian Ice before and really wasnt that impressed. This was really good . It was so good I bought one for my travel partner when she finished in anotherbusiness. She liked as well. It's a chain out of beach down East. They have ice cream and I believe soft serve. Crowded parking lot at lunch time and parking is tight but there is a nice outdoor area although there are cars...

Me and my girlfriend were shopping at Target and we met the owner of Sunset Slush! We seen her trailer and wished she was serving up Slush in the Taget parking, but we were just so happy to hear that her shop is actully in Highpoint! We made the trip a couple days later and it was totally worth it! They have soooooooooooo many flavors and they are just as delicious as they are at the beach! I highly recommend that you check out the Sunset Slush of Highpoint if you live anywhere near The Triad! Also, the customer service is outstanding! The owner's mom helps run the shop and she is great! Can't wait to go back and see her for some more tasty Italian Ice! 💯 😎 -Take care...
