Unfortunately, I will not readily be returning to Canyon Copy. I am new to the area. When I needed to have a 40-page booklet printed that normally costs me $4.00 per booklet back in Vegas, I did a quick search online of local printing places and found Canyon Copy. The reviews stated “friendly, fast, and affordable.” “Sweet!” I thought to myself, “Just what I am looking for.” Happy to work with a locally owned business, I readily sent my print job over. Canyon Copy was indeed very friendly and fast thus I assumed the third ingredient of affordability would also have been present. Not so as my bill came to over $102 for the six booklets needed and that was with a “discount;” that is more than $17 per booklet. OUCH! After the fact, I called around to see what some comparable prices for this area would have been and returned to Canyon Copy to ask if they would be willing to match pricing to something closer to what Uppercase Printing of Orem, for example, quoted ($6.73 per booklet). Unfortunately, Canyon Copy was unwilling to refund any of the money in part due to the unbilled time and effort spent on reformulating my InDesign file so that the pages correlated properly. Thus, although it was indeed true that Diane, MacKenzie, and Scott were each very kind, courteous, and prompt in their correspondences and work, the cost of printing was too exorbitant to allow for my return in the near future. Please learn from my costly mistake and be sure to ask very carefully what the prices are before you have your print job done at Canyon Copy so as to not end with an unexpected hefty...
Read moreHad a very bad experience. I placed an order of business cards and booklets. I was originally quoted at $275 and paid half as a deposit. When I showed up to pick up my order, half of the booklets needed to be re-trimmed. They then told me the order would end up being over $400 because they had “forgotten to charge me” for certain things they couldn’t explain. They really ought to have called me for permission before they proceeded. I ended up paying about $330. Then, after I’d left, they called me because they had forgotten to include some of my order. The manager nickel and dimed me for every little thing. I had them print a single sheet of something else because I was in a rush, and they made sure to charge me the $1.89 (on top...
Read moreDon’t write bad reviews ever but this experience was very weird. I came to get some posters printed and a man at the front helped me. The first time he printed them they were on the wrong paper. He then seemed to be very frustrated so I said I would still pay for those ones so that he would keep calm. The whole time I was waiting for my prints he made smart remarks that just surprised me cause I didn’t think I did anything to make the situation difficult. I think the costumer service should’ve been a lot better. I went in paying more for his mistake. My business will go else where next time and won’t be recommending it to...
