ZEROOOOO âď¸ I have been a client of this nail salon for years, and while Iâve had some uncomfortable experiences, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I typically get my nails done every two weeks and always call to set up an appointment in advance.
Over time, Iâve encountered several issues. Once, an employee cut my skin during a manicure, which I wasnât happy about, but I didnât make a big deal out of it. Another time, I witnessed a huge argument between an employee and a customer. The customer had asked for a service, and the employee lost her temper, started swearing, and almost kicked the customer out. It was an incredibly uncomfortable situation to witness.
On another occasion, a mom brought her toddler into the salon, and the child touched the screen of the aquarium they have for relaxation. An employee yelled so loudly at the little girl that it scared everyone in the salon. The reaction was completely over the top, especially considering the child was just a toddler and didnât know any better. It felt very unpleasant and unnecessary.
Most recently, I went in for my usual appointment, which I had scheduled over the phone. The owner, who usually does my pedicure, was rushing through my service. I simply asked her if she was in a hurry, and she became extremely rude and defensive. She told me I could leave if I wasnât happy, which was shocking, considering I had just asked a simple question. Her daughter even joined in, telling me the owner was doing her job, and they said there wasnât enough time for my usual massage or manicure that day. I would have to come back another time if I wanted those services. It was chaotic and completely uncalled for.
I felt they were treating me like just another number, not a valued customer. I do not recommend this place at all. They also have some strange policies regarding paymentsâthey donât like customers using credit cards, and if you do, they charge you an extra dollar per transaction. Additionally, they charge $5 for any small changes you request on your nails.
In conclusion, I feel this salon prioritizes money over customer service, treating clients like numbers rather than people. I give them zero stars for their rude behavior and poor treatment of customers.
BY THE WAY, YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW IS A COMPLETE LIE, SO DON'T TRUST HER EXPLANATION BECAUSE IT IS TOTALLY FALSE. THERE ARE TONS OF SALONS AROUND, AND I HAVE PAID EVERY SINGLE TIME I WAS THERE FOR THE SERVICES I REQUESTED. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAVE A REVIEW!!! By the way, I am only deleting these picture because I want to be right on my guidelines, but The bottom line YOUR SERVICE IS UNKIND!

Read moreI WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! This was my second time getting my nails done here. I loved my first set, so I decided to return. I will never be returning after today! During my visit today, I asked for the following nails and got something completely different! I ended up paying $80.00 for them. They charged me $5.00 per nail with a design that was on all of my nails! I left and returned 5 minutes later feeling horrible about them. I told them I didn't like the set I had just received, and it looked nothing like the photo I had shown him at all, and I wished for them to just paint over the design with the plain blue polish. There were four employees and two other customers in the salon at the time. Two of the employees were working with the customers, and the other two employees were doing each other's nails! They told me I would have to wait 15 for them to finish. I had already spent 1 hour and 50 minutes getting them done the first time! I am not sure why a costumer should wait for two employees to do each others nails but here we are. At that point, I should have just asked for a refund and left, but I decided to be polite and wait. After waiting for the girl who had finished with one of the customers, she brought me to the seat right next to the only other customer in the salon, who was also getting their nails done by the same guy who had just done my nails that I disliked. As soon as the customer was done, the same guy who had done my nails the first time didn't even look at me and said, "Sit." The previous customer was done getting her nails done and had gotten up to wash her hands before leaving. All of her personal items were still surrounding the chair. I could tell the nail tech was frustrated that I had returned, and so moved to the chair that costumer was just in, feeling very uncomfortable. The other customer had to come back and grab all of her items around me, making her uncomfortable as well and felt rushed out the door. The nail tech didn't say anything to me the whole time until he finished and said "Done" and walked away. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable. If you don't believe me read the owner's response to other poor reviews to see just how unprofessional this...
Read moreBe careful, they overbook themselves. My daughter waited 30-40 minutes with an appointment, to even be seated. And then another 15 minutes to start on the nails. Very rude and unprofessional to double/triple book clients. My daughter was happy with her beautiful manicure results. However, they didnât have the polish color that she wanted or anything similar. The only polish available, even close, was chrome which adds an extra charge. Poor customer service that the extra fee wasnât waived. She also filed so hard it was almost vicious. And made her bleed pretty bad. But end results were pretty!
My pedicure was a very minimal experience. I paid for the extras and got poor quality everything. The man doing the pedicure didnât speak English at all. So he just ignored me and talked to the other workers joking and laughing with each other the whole time. They all were ignoring how uncomfortable it makes their costumers feel. Very unprofessional. They had only 2 other pedicures at the same time as me and yet they sat them right next to me (on both sides) leaving several open seats to both sides of us on the rest of the row. Spacing strangers a bit is only polite when available. I wouldâve let that slide if I came out with quality nails, but my polish was done quickly and poorly. I even had to ask him to make my nails even. Like he couldnât tell my two big toes werenât even? I was so surprised. And sadly the polish rubbed and chipped off in less than a week. Maybe I just got the one bad one. But sad to say, we wonât be returning. Hope they can make some changes to better their business.
In response: At first the owner apologizes... and then you change your response to attacking? Once again, bad business. You were so overbooked that day, there was no use in bringing up any of my concerns the day of. I was there to see what kind of service we would get, and we did. The nail picture was my daughters nails from the day they were done, not a month later. The flaws were on my pedicure. There was absolutely no dishonesty in any part of my post. I truly hope you can make some improvements....
