Although the stylist cut my childâs hair straight (hence the 2 stars), she was very unpleasant to work with and not worth going back to. She interrupted me when I tried to explain to her what I was wanting her to do for my childâs cut, then proceeded to be very aggressive with my child when brushing through her hair. She didnât talk to her at all, except to make comments to her like âI told you not to move your headâ (my kid is definitely old enough to know how to hold still, she wasnât moving intentionally). đđ. My kid was pretty upset after about how rough she was with her during the process (the first time ever she has complained after getting a haircut). I will definitely not go back there again. Other places know how to work with older children, this stylist obviously did not. To be fair, 1 of the 3 stylists there actually seemed like she was much more friendly, so if you luck out and get her you might be ok. Also, when I called in I asked if there was an option to put my name on a list or something, they told me no, they just service based on walk-ins. And then when I arrived they asked if I had already âchecked-inâ. What??    Read moreI have been to many Great Clips locations for myself and for my children and have always had great experiences. Sadly this was not one of them. I was refused service for my daughter after waiting 45 minutes in the queue online because they were close to closing. When we got there the person who checked us in didn't say anything about restricted services after certain hours. My first clue should have been the lack of a warm greeting when we arrived. The whole environment felt very cold and unfriendly. My daughter's night was ruined because she was looking forward to getting a haircut and a conditioning treatment. When somebody called me(she failed to introduce herself) to apologize I asked what the policy was and she said there is no written policy anywhere. She proceeded to tell me reasons why this whole experience was my fault. In short my whole experience with this location was terrible.    Read moreMiranda was so great! She cut my 4 yr old sons hair perfect! My only issue was the older lady who checked me in was not very nice. We came in at our scheduled appointment time and she rudely said their was 4 people ahead of us and that it would be awhile before we could get in. I replied with âthat would have been nice to know. My 4 yr old son canât wait that long. Thatâs why we scheduled an appointmentâ. She continued to be rude and said if I want something fixed then I need to talk to corporate.
