Roxberry Juice Co. — Restaurant in Highland

We went to the store with a few starving student cards (which have a coupon for a free specific smoothie, which is apparently a mix of odds and ends of other smoothies). We ordered 3 for free, and purchased a few additional ones out of pocket. After the transaction was complete, they informed us that they are out of the components for the odds and ends smoothie. They had already started the base for each smoothie. They informed us that they would reverse the card charge, and just initialed the coupon for free smoothies so we could use it in the future.

I think that in this situation it would have been a lot better to offer some other resolution. We were paying customers, who had already purchased additional smoothies. Maybe offer to upgrade the odd's and ends smoothie to something, even if it's an upcharge. Or even check if you can make a smoothie prior to a transaction.

I personally don't like any menu items at Roxberry, but my family does. It just seems that every time that we go, there is some "Minor" inconvenience that can be missing half the ingredients to the menu, to poorly mixed smoothies that have whole chunks of fruit...

The smoothies are good. The staff is friendly. However, I have noticed that when I order one and pay extra to add whey to it, they reduce the amount of juice they use because the whey expands. Jamba will give you the full amount you have paid for and put it in a larger cup to accommodate the expansion. When I asked them to give me the full amount I have paid for and just put it in a larger cub like Jamba, I was told its just not their policy. They are obedient employees who follow policy and they are very nice as they do it, but I think their policy should change. Jamba is 5 minutes away so I think I'll go there because their policy is to give me what I pay for and I don't have to ask,...

I LOVE Roxberry! So much, that I have thought about owning a franchise. With that said this location was a disappointment! The floors were sticky, garbage on the tables and counters. The three girls working there had to be asked to stop talking to make drink orders. There were dirty pitchers all over the place. When the blenders were going they were screaming over the sound to finish their conversation about one girl "almost being kissed." While it was super sweet it was also so not appropriate! Three people behind me got their drinks before me because the girl didn't want to have to get spinach out of the back. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this franchise! Date of purchase...
