This is not the first complaint about this man — I’ve seen other disturbing comments as well. Please BE AWARE: if you have young children, do not go to this place. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going at all. We had visited several times just for ice cream, always in and out quickly, and had never experienced any issues — until now.
Everything seemed normal. My 2-year-old had just finished his ice cream and was with his siblings, so we were watching them all the time! including our 6-year-old son. At one point, our 6-year-old grabbed some M&Ms from the counter, then quickly walked over to the arcade. We were right there, watching our kids carefully, especially the toddler.
Suddenly, we saw a grown man aggressively grab our 6-year-old son’s arm and whisper something into his ear from behind. He never looked to see who his parents were — he just took it upon himself to physically handle our child without permission.
We immediately stepped in — and even asked politely what had happened. The man was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He said our son was “stealing” and told us never to come back with him again.
At first, we didn’t understand what was going on. When we found out what our son had done, we offered to pay for the candy right away, even after this man had grabbed our child so forcefully. Our son is only 6 years old — he didn’t fully understand that taking the candy without asking was wrong. Had we been informed calmly, we would have handled the situation ourselves, as any responsible parents would. It would have been very simple for us to discipline him in a loving and effective way without TRAUMA.
Instead, the man told my husband that he had the “right to grab the child if he wanted” because he was the owner. We told him that what he did was illegal, and that his actions could cause emotional harm to our son. He didn’t care. He just kept talking to us in an aggressive and inappropriate way.
Honestly, this man seems unstable and dangerous. Please take this as a serious warning — protect your children and avoid this place.

Read moreWe came here over the weekend, and I was really looking forward to trying this place as I saw videos about it online. We were a big group of over 10 people, every adult complained that ice cream was freezer burnt. In addition to that, my 5 year old son took some of the froyo toppings (not understanding that was off limits because he’s 5), my husband and I were getting all our other children situated and noticed and went to him to stop him and was then going to pay for said toppings. Before my husband was even given the chance to take him to the counter to pay for the toppings he took, the owner (a male in a red shirt), yelled at my husband telling him my son cannot take those toppings and that he MUST pay. Of course he was going to pay? We had just finished paying for our ice cream flavors and in the madness of making sure all of our kids and friends/family were situated my 5 year old wandered over there, he’s a toddler, and I think that grown man could’ve done a better job assessing the situation before reacting how he did. As a business owner myself I felt that was so unprofessional and would never treat a customer in such a way. My sister was also told she couldn’t sample more than 2 flavors, how do you expect guests to want to purchase your ice cream if they can’t sample the flavors they’re interested in? My mom had to give my sister one of her sampled flavors so she could decide which one she wanted before buying. The business idea and model itself is great, but I would recommend changing the ways you treat and come off to your customers, as while we were ordering ice cream you seemed very annoyed and short with all of us as well. I would’ve come back here frequently because of the arcade and space, but will not be after...
Read moreI took my 7-year old here for a daddy daughter date, it was awesome! If you are a fan of building your own ice cream creation I highly recommend this place! I have been to many frozen yogurt/soft serve creation type places and I feel like this one has a lot to offer.
First, it has many flavors of frozen yogurt/ice cream—it was almost overwhelming for my daughter—but mostly it was a bunch of fun. They have two countertops full of toppings options—from gummy stuff to brownie chunks to full cookie to syrups/sauces—this place let’s you go all out! You pay for your creation by the ounce so be careful with how high you fill your cup.
They also serve Farr’s ice cream if you want that—I believe that you pay for that by the scoop.
Another fun thing that I forgot to take pictures of is the arcade games. They had a bunch of arcade games you could pay to play if you or your kids are into that.
Plenty of seating and just a great wholesome vibe. The only thing negative was they didn’t have lids for your cup if you wanted to take your leftovers home—I’m not sure if this is always the case or just the day we went.
In summary, great frozen treats that the whole family can enjoy! I really hope this place...
