I wish I had read the reviews before going to this location. The manager Harrison is a huge .... (insert your choice word here). They incorrectly took a passport photo. It taken too far away leaving my face not the correct size in the photo for passport photo regulations per the US government (itâs very specific). He could plainly see that it did not fit within their âpassport measuring toolâ but he refused to retake the photo and just give me a new one. He said that I could buy a new set of photos but he would make them at exactly the same measurements as the ones that are incorrect. He refused to look up the guidelines. When I pulled them up on my phone and asked him to look at them he told me âI donât have to look at your phone because I already know the regulationsâ. He went in back and refused to speak to me. The young girl did hand me their passport measuring tool at this point and it was obviously incorrect. This tool has two ovals on it you place over the pic to make sure the face is the right size. It should be idiot proof. It was a 1/4 inch too small. For a small passport photo this is a large error. Thereâs a lot more to the story but in the end I had to call corporate and while standing outside their glass window at the store on the phone with them they attempted to called him on the store phone. He was standing there, not helping anyone, refused to answer it. In the end corporate says one way or another they will get my money refunded because I have to have the pics today and cannot wait for them to make him retake the pic. However, the reason for the review is on my last visit I needed a package to arrive to its destination on a specific date and time. I was promised it would, I even asked them to double check that it would arrive as promised. I felt comfortable with the response. I was disappointed it didn't happen as promised. I could have used another company which guaranteed the same outcome of date and time. Of course, it didn't happen as described by the employees. It arrived late. My review is how it was handled after. I attempted to put in a claim but apparently the only person who can do that was the store manager, who was away on vacation. I submitted my claim and was informed she would get back to me upon her return date. Two days after the promised return call I finally received the call from the manager, she left a message stating that the item was being sent to UPS internal review department. I was promised a specific date and time. With the tracking that is in place, it is a "no brainier" as to when the package arrived. I was told if it did not arrive on time that I would receive a full refund. Easy case...well its been three weeks and still no refund! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out since YOU ALREADY HAVE THE SYSTEM IN PLACE! I am very disappointed I have not received a phone call back or even a refund to my credit card. I checked and there has been no refund since the dispute was in place. Be warned and know how to handle it when the package is not delivered...
   Read moreI went in and paid for them to weigh and post a package via USPS (they are UPS- but they also offer USPS services). I specifically asked after I had handed over the package and paid, "Is there anything else I need to do?" and they responded that it was good, they would take it from there. Weeks went by and the package never showed up. It was really a frustrating time, but as I had sent it through USPS and without tracking, there was really nothing further I could do. Then about 3ish weeks after the fact, I received a package in my mailbox "Returned for Postage". They had never put on the postage I had paid for (I had turned it over to them for putting on the postage). I asked them how that could happen, and they said, "Sometimes USPS comes and grabs the packages before we've gotten around to putting on the postage." Well- shoot- put them in a separate area/bin if you haven't "gotten around" to it yet. Or better yet, just put postage on immediately- there were no other customers in the store. Either of those solutions would eliminate a problem that has apparently happened before. The too casual process they had caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and delay. * I have also been unsuccessful in receiving a refund. They never answer their phone, take forever to return messages (if at all), and don't respond to emails (yes, admittedly I'm being lazy and trying not to have to go back in).
