Jamba — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Not my favorite location, by any stretch. The staff here seems to cop attitudes easily with their customers. I have seen it several times, but today I got to enjoy it myself. Also, this location seems to skimp on serving sizes. I say this, because I order the same thing every time and at every other Jamba I go to, I end up with a small cup of extra (because the add-ons I pay for take up extra volume) but not here. So when I commented today about the lack of consistency, the employee (Ashley) wanted to argue with me. Then when I called her on it, she tried to play off like she didn't mean what she had just said. Add to that, the fact that there was only ONE employee doing everything, while another was sitting in the back, in spite of 3 customers in the store, this location and this visit were dedicated...

This Jamba Juice location is a hidden gem—never too busy, which makes it perfect for a quick and refreshing stop. I love that Jamba keeps the classic flavors we all know and love, while also introducing new and seasonal options that keep things exciting.

Though I haven’t tried the food items yet, they always look fresh and tasty, and it's great to have those choices available.

If you’re not sure what to get, try the Orange Dream! It’s absolutely delicious and instantly takes me back to childhood summers—creamy, citrusy, and perfectly nostalgic. Definitely one of my all-time favorites.

I recently visited Jamba Juice and had a mixed experience. The girls working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made ordering a pleasure.

However, I did encounter an issue with one staff member. The guy who handed me my pick-up order didn’t acknowledge me or say thank you, which was a bit off-putting. It would be great if he could receive training on customer interaction, as a smile and a simple acknowledgment can really enhance the experience.

Overall, I enjoyed the delicious drinks and the positive vibe from most of the staff, but I think some customer service training could go a long way in making visits...
