Chico's — Local services in Hilton Head Island

I like Chicos. I just wish they had more petites. I also think some of the clothes a bit out of my style than ever before, I used to purchase a lot of my clothes at Chicos. Now it seems to be just hit or miss. I did find a great buy on a beautiful denim shirt. Nice thing here was a clerk was not hovering over you. Also 1 of my friends saw a shirt she loved & not in her size. They checked on line and had sent to her home directly at no additional charge. It was waiting for her when she got home....

My wife did some shopping at Chico’s in Coligny Plaza on Hilton Head Island. She had Carla as her salesperson. Wow! I can’t remember the last time either one of us received the level of service my wife received from Carla. Outstanding! My wife would mention to me that she liked something - Carla would hear it and ask me what item. Then one minute later Carla was there with that item in two different sizes. It was great. Not surprisingly, my wife left with three items and a big smile....

I love going to Coligny plaza. The Chico’s store is awesome!! Ladies that work there are extremely helpful, and truly go out of their way to help you. We spend time in HH at least twice a year, and Chico’s is the first place I shop…. Usually more...
