Where has customer service gone!! I was told aisle number and back of store then spent the next 5 minutes still looking when I got there. As long as I've known ace hardware as a brand it's been about specialty and customer service. I've never minded paying a little extra because every time I walk through the door I would get escorted around till my needs were filled and the store made a sale. I'll go back for convenience sake and well trusted products but was sad to see no quality...

They have removed the prices of masks and sell them at whatever price they want, changing it at will. This is illegal. "New Jersey's Merchandise Pricing Statute requires prices to be plainly marked with a stamp, label or sign on or near the merchandise. The law is aimed to ensure that consumers know the price of an item as they look at it, and need not have to ask a sales employee." Contacted Ace central, and they do not give a damn about the disgusting...

Home Depot it is not but considering it is "City Paint & Hardware," you really can't ask for much more. They pack every square foot and have a friendly staff to help you navigate it all. The only knock are the hours. It would be great if they were open a bit later and perhaps Sundays. Otherwise, great store and I would always rather support a small, local business over a big box...
