Frank's SPOT — Local services in Hoboken

Right before my vacation I stopped in to and was met with great service and I was excited to be a new customer at a location close to my home. Turns out the product I purchased was old (as confirmed by the manufacturer) and the manufacturer asked me to go back to Frank's to resolve the issue. Because I was on vacation I came in as soon as I got home (after 12 days) and they said they couldn't help me because I didn't bring it back within 7 days. They said they were sorry and didn't take any steps to try to make the situation better. I would agree with other reviewers that the initial experience was great - but the customer service afterwards that helps to create loyal and local customers needs...
