This was really an amazing 2+ hour private sunset cruise with Capt Jeremy. Everything from start to finish was well planned and communicated by Crysten’s AMI Boat Tours. We had two adults and four kids ranging in age between 14-17. They loved taking “selfies” at all the wonderful stops Capt Jeremy took us to include an island he docked at and allowed us to venture around for a while and take photos. And Capt Jeremy was full of information about the area, history and the unfortunate devistation caused by a few recent hurricanes. We were fortunate to have seen plenty of dolphins and an adult and baby manatee. But of course the main event was when he positioned the boat in a perfect spot for the sunset. You can tell he definitely has done this before. And the boat was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and comfortable seating. I would highly recommend using Crysten’s AMI Boat Tours for any of their offered tours. And i highly recommend bringing a jacket or sweatshirt for the ride back in after sunset. We had booked a charter with another business who transferred our reservstion to another company who ended up canceling the morning of our charter. We reached out to Crysten's AMI in a last ditch chance to go on our 6 year old's much anticipated "Ocean Advenure" and Captain Clay made it happen and booked us with Captain Kelly for the next day. Kelly was absolutely fantastic and made our afternoon with him nothing but amazing. We went shelling, Dolphin 🐬 sighting, snorkeling and paddle boarding and our kids dreams came true! While we didn't get to see a manatee, I will never forget Captain Kelly's answer to our 11 year old's question of what a manatee looks like. In the words of Captain Kelly: "They look like a baked potato with a hairy coconut face with a paddle on its butt and little tiny flipper fins." We had an amazing 3-hour pontoon boat tour with Captain Jeremy through Crysten’s AMI Boat Tours! The experience was perfect for our family and full of unforgettable moments.

We started with a stop at Egmont Key, where we collected beautiful seashells, explored the historic Battery McIntosh, saw the Egmont Lighthouse, and even spotted a gopher tortoise. We also took a quick dip in the ocean to cool off before heading out again.

Next, Captain Jeremy took us to a peaceful sandbar in Tampa Bay, where we swam together as a family, found sand dollars, snails, and watched fish swim by in the clear, shallow water.

On our way back, we were lucky enough to see a couple of dolphins swimming nearby and watched pelicans diving for fish near the docks — the perfect ending to a relaxing and fun-filled day.
