I was in the store a week ago with both of my young children doing returns and buying my fiancé outfit for our first family photo shoot, as I walked out I told her I’ll be back, low and behold I was back the day before our shoot. My fiancé had his clothes, my kids there’s, now I was the last one and a nervous wreck and full of anxiety not the greatest mind set to find my perfect outfit. As I walk in I’m still looking in the men’s department for my fiancé last pair of jeans. The sales associate walks over to me the same one from over a week ago, remembered my troubles then and can now see I’m in a real panic. She quickly took me into her mercy and found me a beautiful burgundy cardigan, the perfect jeans and a nice black top,she did this all within 10 min max! She escorted me to the dressing room. Where once I tried this great outfit on together I fell even more in LOVE with her selections. The only thing I’m sorry about was not getting this sweethearts name. Went in to get some clothes for tonight- there was only one mirror near the middle of the shop. I was trying jackets on and the lady didn't ask if I needed help instead asked if she could put the jacket back for me. After she saw I was not a shoplifter and was instead going to purchase she changed her tone and was helpful in finding me the right size in the back room. The next associate I asked her for a size that was not out and without checking inventory immediately said whatever is out is out. So I purchased the three things I did find and left without looking around further. Simply because of the lack of customer service. Doing the bare minimum is now expected but come on you have an iPad which takes all of five seconds to scan a barcode to help a customer out. Instead I had a terrible experience.

Well I use to shop here all the time, after tonight I will not be back. I went in looking for a suit. Nobody greeted me, asked if I needed help, nothing!!! Finally after having to find a sales associate and asking for help I ended up waiting 20 for help that I never got. One employee who did help me was clueless on any of the clothing and how it fit.
