DON'T SHOP HERE! They have NO idea how to do business. When you purchase something, you have 14 days to return/exchange for cash back, after 14 days, it's store credit only. My daughter tried to return a $77 item three times during the 14 day period and each time was told to come back another time (preferably on a weekend) because they didn't have enough cash. REALLY?? You don't have $77.00?? So now it's a week after the 14 day limit and she went back again and exchanged for clothes she didn't really want, but figured she could return them. AFTER she swiped her card to cover the difference, she was told those items are "final sale" - because "we don't want people continually exchanging things". Very clever. I would NOT give them 1 star, but you can't post a review unless you click at least 1 star.

UPDATE: I sent a copy of this review to the "contact us" email on their website and they responded within 3 hours. We are currently working with the district manager to resolve the situation. Their prompt response has earned...

I’ve been going here for years and love the clothing options. But, recently I bought a hundreds dollars worth of shirts. When I got home and tried to zip them up in the back, 2 broke and the third one almost did. I did try them on at the store and didn’t have this issue.
