The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We called two weeks before our event and they told us that was plenty of time to get a suit in. We go down We walk in three employees working there and not greeted by one of them two of them had their face buried in a book. It took us saying hello for them to give us the time a day we told them we needed to rent a suit and one of the employees told us to go across the street to the DXL men’s store. My boyfriend had rented there before so he felt confident in them. They took his measurements we picked out our suit. We got a message on Wednesday that our suit was ready we go down He puts it on and it was three sizes too small, the one employee said well what do you think? I said you’ve got to be kidding me. Another employee remeasured my boyfriend told us that the suit would be in on Friday when my boyfriend called on Friday afternoon, they placed him on hold multiple times to come back on and tell him that his suit was on the FedEx truck. at 8:15 Friday night We go walking in there to pick up the suit And there was no suit. I said we have to have that suit by tomorrow. She goes well We’re hoping it’ll show up on Saturday morning I said, but we were told it would be here today and you didn’t even have the audacity to call us to let us know There was no suit so we could make a back up plan. She’s like well I don’t know what to tell you we can hope it shows up tomorrow my event was at 5 o’clock Saturday afternoon. We got our money back and we did what they advised. We went across the street to DXL and they were the most genuinely nicest people I have ever met in my life. They were able to fully suit my boyfriend shoes, and all the female employee even went as far as pressing the suit for us, so we were ready to go to our event so the next time a store tells you to go somewhere else just do it. Read moreFrom the moment I walked into the store until I left, the staff was completely professional; it felt as though we worked as a team to find the right suit.
An employee named Chris was a tremendous help throughout the whole experience. I knew I was in good hands when, shortly after starting to help me, Chris was approached by another customer who thanked him for all of his assistance finding the right suit.
At no point while looking for a suit did I feel pressured to purchase, even after Chris went through literally every jacket in the store trying to find a specific size jacket.
Although I am familiar with suits to a degree, it's an understatement to say that I lack the expertise held by Chris and other employees. Accordingly, I greatly appreciated their honest opinions, especially given the large selection of suit colors, patterns, and sizes.
Thanks to the assistance from employees, especially Chris, I was able to leave feeling confident that I had chosen the right suit for my size and needs.
Additionally, Anna, the kind and warmhearted tailor, was beyond helpful as well. As Anna was taking measurements, it was clear that she had great experience. Safe to say I was not surprised when I received the suit and it fit perfectly.

Read moreI went 2 separate times in the last week and both times the staff was super unprofessional and legitimately rude. The first time they were far more interested in joking around with eachother than helping me find a suit. Not to mention they told me that they only had 3 jackets in my size and all of them were over $300.
I went back a couple days later and this time nobody even greeted me, but it turned out to be for the better because i actually found a whole lot more suits in my size in a different part of the store that I was not shown the previous time. However, in the process of doing that I overheard the staff making fun of me and my appearance. I was uncomfortable that I abandoned finding a suit and left. (I knew some of the people working there and I’m surprised they were hired, let alone qualified, for any sort of job that involves customer service). MW in homestead is more of a steel valley high school hangout than a store.
