🍫✨ Sweet Heaven in a Jar! ✨🍫 If you’re looking for a dessert that’s as outrageous as it is delicious, look no further than The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar in Pittsburgh! This place is an absolute dessert dreamland. I ordered the Fudge Brownie shake and it was a masterpiece—from the fudgy brownie chunks, silky whipped topping, and drizzle of rich chocolate sauce, to the chocolate chips covering the rim—every single bite (and sip!) was indulgent perfection. And can we talk about the mason jar design? That little city skyline detail was the cutest touch! This place is not just a milkshake bar—it’s an experience. Perfect for a fun date, kids, or just treating yourself because you absolutely deserve it. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Pittsburgh and have a serious sweet tooth! 10/10 sugar rush. 🍨💥

Tried it out after a friend posted pictures - The presentation was amazing - like over the top. We didn’t wait long at all - but, I think we were the only customers at the time we were there until folks showed up after us. I ordered the croissant with strawberries and it was good - but I didn’t eat much because it was huge and what it was served on wasn’t conducive to eating it. And It’s like a “knife and fork” type of dessert (plus a spoon for the ice cream!). The s’mores milkshake was crazy - it looked amazing! I’d say this is a novelty experience. I probably won’t seek it out again - but it was good.

If going on a Saturday night, be prepared to wait. I’ll tell you my time experience. 25 minutes in line outside until reaching the counter to place my order, another 30+ minutes after ordering until we got our ice cream. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Taste was delicious. I opted for just the $13 plastic cup vs the $17 glass (but you get to take that home after using their wash station). I did have to ask for to-go containers and I felt bad bothering her because they were so busy. Above all, I would definitely go back to try other creations! Just on an off-peak time.

Hmmm. So go here with some friends. Order a smaller option sundae. And strawberry shortcake nachos because when we tried to order a strawberry shortcake smaller sundae the person working at the front said they were out of strawberry shortcake smaller sundae. So I can't get the cheaper variety but here's some other strawberry shortcake options more expensive that are available. Weird but ok. So then I pay and my buddy who is behind me orders. Chocolate fudge nachos. We sit. 10 minutes goes by, 20 minutes goes by, 30 minutes goes by, and my buddy who was behind us gets his chocolate nachos. Another 10 minutes still no treats for me and my wife. We had movie plans so I ended up getting a refund. I dont know any ice cream place that takes 45+ minutes to make an ice cream treat. People in restaurants make full multi-course meals in less than that. Your scooping ice cream and putting toppings on. Even your most elaborate treat cant take more than 4 minutes to make. The place was busy but there were open seats. However I did notice very few people working. They are understaffed. Also saw workers walking around confused looking as well. Still 45 min is hilarious for ice cream. Even funnier the woman working up front told us there is always 30-45 minute wait. No signs display this. And for ice cream. And she kept a straight face while telling us. Yeah well if you wanna dedicate an hour of your time for someone to scoop average hard ice cream into a bowl or mason jar with some fancy toppings on it and pay 16 bucks for it. Have at it. The review of ice cream quality came...

I wasn't going to do this but I can't keep silent any longer!! Who was the genius that thought the popular business The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar, would be a good location at this shoe box? I will never step into this ill managed, non equipped chaotic place again! How dare they BRAND ASSOCIATE themselves with such a popular business? I go to Eat-In-Park, if there is a wait the manager comes out mingles with the waiting customers, apologizing for the wait sometimes offering a drinks! Where is the manager/owner of this place? Hiding in the back leaving his very young workers to catch the frustration of the customers! Why aren't there adults working the front? Why aren't the owners working the front? They are piggy backing off of a VERY POPULAR BUSINESS! Which is a disgrace!! A slap in the face to the businesses that care about their service! He/She/They should be ashamed of themselves! Why not get a strategy of how their service could be better? Do they have equipment that can better serve the volume of customers that patron this place?! Why not have a serious talk with the flourishing businesses and see what you are doing wrong? Because HE/SHE/THEY DO NOT CARE!! Not about people, only about the money and it shows!! Maybe HE/SHE?THEY should stop hiding in their office and walk across the street, sit down and talk to the managers of EAT-IN-PARK! Better yet, get into a business that does not include direct contact with...

Not really one to post reviews but this time I will 🤣

We’ve been waiting patiently for The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar Pittsburgh to open up and it was worth the wait! Their menu is huge, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The entire place was INCREDIBLY clean. Definitely more of a novelty experience- they do have a mason jar you can get your milkshake in and a washing station where you can rinse it out to take it home if you’d like. It seems like they’re working out the kinks as far as opening hours go, so if you’re traveling from a bit to get there; call ahead and confirm hours.

But really I’m not posting for the milkshakes. I wanted to commend the manager who was working yesterday (6/1). We got there as they were locking the doors (hours were different on fb vs google!) and he let us in to order anyway. We ordered quickly and got our stuff decently fast. As we were leaving, another lady was walking up to the doors (which were now locked) with three small children. The manager told her they were closed but asked what ice cream flavors and toppings they like. A few minutes later he came back out with three individual sundaes (complete with toppings 🤣) for each of them and refused to take money from the lady. Just shows there are still sweet people in the world, and props to the manager who made sure the kids still got a sweet treat yesterday. I will be back just based on customer...
