Above the Stars Cruise — Local services in Honolulu

My husband and I had a great time on Above the Stars Friday night Firework cruise! We danced and sang our hearts out! It’s been a while since we had a date night and this was exactly what we needed! Thank you Above the Stars for a fun experience!

There were so many things to love about Above the stars cruise! •Parking is right next to the Boat! •The boat has a roof so you don’t get sunburnt/rained on. •The boat is wide and spacious with bench seats all around and in the middle of the boat. •There’s an island in the middle of the boat so you can put your food/things on. •The boat is clean. •There’s high railings all around, which made me feel safe. There were also bars up top to hold on to if you feel you’re going to lose balance (Like the bus lol) •Live DJ playing the best music! My husband and I were dancing the whole time! •The boat is well lit. We were able to see everyone and everything. •Staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was okay and asked if we needed anything. •They have life vests for everyone on board. (Always good to know!) •The view of the Sunset to the firework spot was beautiful! •Fireworks were so beautiful & romantic! •They provided light pupus and champagne. •You’re able to BYOB! •Total duration on water was about 2.5 hours. •After the cruise, we attended the night market right next to the dock to get dinner before we headed home. •Owner mentioned that they open for private party rentals!

Tips: •Take a motion sickness pill/chew before arriving. I wasn’t sure if I’d need it but I’m glad I took it. I can’t imagine ruining the fun time with me throwing up lol •Parking lot can fill up fast. Arrive early so the boat doesn’t leave you! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the sunset and fireworks experience with Above the Stars Cruise, and it was nothing short of magical! Departing from Kewalo Basin on the beautiful island of Oahu, this cruise quickly became one of my favorites that I’ve been on.

From the moment we stepped on board, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and genuine sense of Aloha truly set the tone for the evening. The ride itself was incredibly smooth, allowing us to fully relax and soak in the stunning views of Waikiki as the sun began to set.

One of the unique features of this cruise is the option to BYOB, which added a personal touch to our experience. We brought along our favorite drinks and enjoyed a delightful evening with friends, making the most of the beautiful surroundings and the good vibes on board.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, we were treated to a spectacular fireworks show provided by Hilton Hawaiian Village. Watching the vibrant colors light up the night sky from the comfort of the boat was a truly unforgettable experience.

We had the best time on this cruise! The whole Crew was so nice and friendly. My friend got engaged and they let us decorate the boat which was such a nice surprise for her. When you see other boats they are big with a bunch of People but we like How intimate this was. The dj was killer and it was fun to not just have a playlist but an ACTUAL dj live mixing.
