Waikiki Catamaran Charters — Local services in Honolulu

Our day on the water with Waikiki Catamaran Charters and Captain Jonathan was the highlight of our trip and might just be a new family tradition!

Friends of ours had done the Whale Watching tour and were raving about it so we decided to check it out during our visit. We contacted Captain Jonathan and he was so friendly and accommodating. He mentioned that we had just missed Whale Watching season, but gave us a great deal on a Snorkel Tour and Sunset Sail combo with a private chef. We took the whole family and some friends that live in Honolulu and sailed along the coast of Waikiki and Diamond Head. None of us had much experience with a snorkel, but Captain Jonathan anchored us right over some amazing reef structure and his first mate had the whole family in the water in no time! It was amazing! Half of us were swimming around with the fish, turtles and DOLPHINS and the other half were just jumping off the boat doing cannonballs! We had so much fun. MAGICAL. It’s the only word I can find to describe my experience on this Catamaran. I was in Oahu with some friends for my birthday earlier in October and we sailed to Maui with Captain Johnathan and his crew! We left shortly after midnight and I got to experience my first “moon set” in the middle of the ocean, under the stars. 🤩 The catamaran was very clean and the beds were cozy! The next morning, a crew member named Phillip woke us up to witness the beautiful sunrise over the water and hopefully catch a glimpse of some whales! (We saw 2!!) I was very grateful for how thoughtful that was of him to wake us up! Next thing you know we are pulling up to the shores of Maui. Such a beautiful island!!! I can’t wait to see Captain Johnathan, Phillip, and everyone else that made our experience truly cherish-able...

WOW! This was by far the best trip I’ve experienced. Had a great time with Jonathan and the crew. It was one of my friends birthday we left oahu at night we watched the moon sink in ocean while the sky filled up with stars I can’t even count how many shooting stars we saw it was magical. The catamaran is in very clean condition, comfortable & spacious I’m 6’4 not once I felt uncomfortable. We woke up with the sunrise in the ocean was unbelievable we saw pods of Dolphins swimming along side the catamaran really felt like movie. The chef on board was incredible food was 5 star quality. When we got to Maui after passing in between the islands of Molokai & Lanai we had so much fun exploring Maui snorkeled with sea turtles saw coral reefs we did so much cool stuff.
