She’s very nice and humble sake lady, very friendly, kind and sweet. Lynn always listens and always meets our expectations, she helps my love ones choose a beautiful ring, Lynn listens carefully to her clients of what my fiancé wants and needs. Lynn was confident in provide and answers all the questions for me and my fiancé’s mom as well. Read moreThe worse company and products. The tungsten bracelets are junk. My 2 year old grandson who is only 30 inches tall tripped and fell. He broke a couple links when he put his hands down to catch himself. (I thought tungsten was strong) I had extra links from when I shorten it to fit him so I replaced them. They broke again. I have the same bracelet and it has also broken several times. I tried to get replacement links for the broken links and after 10 emails of bulls&t. I got this for an answer from Rachel.....
After I got all the information I talked to the jeweler and manager and agreed that we can repair the bracelet(s) but we need the bracelet ship to us for repair. The charge will actually be $35.00 plus shipping $7.00 per link.
So they want to charge me $100 for a bad product then charge me to fix the product that broke.

There were two employees, one a gentleman waiting on a female customer and a young girl who seemed to be filming a video with another girl. We were not acknowledged. I asked the young girl to help us since we were just picking up a watch, which had already been paid for. She said we had to wait for the gentleman. He still didn’t acknowledge us. We waited at least 20 minutes. Another customer walked out. The two employees were so involved with what they were doing they didn’t seem to care we were waiting. I was ready to walk out but my grandson wanted to pick up his watch. Their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Will not visit this store in the future! Want to add that the female customer the gentleman was helping came back and interrupted us while he was trying to help us. Customer was rude as well. She knew we were waiting...
