I LOVE this place! 😍 My boyfriend introduced me to this place (back when they were on Kapiolani; they have since moved and upgraded their space) when we got our first couple’s massage here, and I had such a great experience that I have revisited multiple times since, and subscribed to their VIP annual membership program. Joomi, the owner of the spa is a lovely and talented lady who started the business 15 years ago. She’s developed a loyal clientele and I can understand why! The VIP membership is SO worth it - you get a free massage for your birthday, a free treatment after you get 10 treatments of any kind, and you get $30 off every service (AND they have special deals where if you purchase 10 of the same treatment with an upfront payment - you’ll get 2 additional free treatments). The prices are very fair, even without a membership (as of time of review), and they use QUALITY Korean and American products - gentle and effective. I love the heated beds, the hot towels, the hot stones, the hot-and-cold muscle relief gel, the beauty machines, and the essential oils. Their massages have significantly improved my shoulder pain, and their facials leave my skin healthy and glowing (photo below is post facial with zero make up/filter)! Great clean place . Skilled massasu and facial technician will refresh you completely! Price are great affordable. Facial also cleaned my tired skin she gave me extra anti age care I am so appreciated great owner like her! Massasu sunny and Sumiko are someone know what they doing my injured back feel way better until I get there I couldn’t move well but after 2hrs massage my back felt way better ! Anyone come to hawaii please don’t go to hotel spa they are over priced plus they don’t have skilled massasu like JJ has!!! I guarantee!! Booked on phone for a few friend who were in Waikiki and I heard it was great! My only complaint is that lots of businesses like this including this one, “charge” for gratuity as if it’s a necessity and that makes it feel very... slimey in my opinion.

I am a street musician, I work for tips… Occasionally I get hired by restaurants or private individuals - when I get hired I don’t say “my fee plus tip” - I just inform them of my fee and if my service goes above and beyond, people are NICE and Generous enough to give me something extra, which I appreciate.
