I have been seeing Kathy for several years now and not only is she a wonderful hair stylist and colorist, she’s also very passionate about making her clients feel good about their hair . When I started to see her, it was just for hair cuts and she really knew how to shape my hair in a way that flattered my face . Then when I started to have some gray hairs show, and wanted to color it, she convinced me to wait , advised me that it didn’t look like I needed to start coloring yet. I appreciated her honesty and trusted her experience. Now that it is time to color it, she does an amazing job. Placing highlights in the right face framing areas. After color, my hair is still very healthy, soft and shiny. I always leave her chair loving my hair. I also get plenty compliments from strangers and friends . I moved recently to Honolulu and it's always a bit scary looking for a new stylist. I was looking for someone to help me with my post-chemo hair regrowth styling issues I've been having and came across Kathy's site. Her reviews were good and I thought I'd give her a try. She was so awesome! Her studio is clean and inviting. It's easy to get to her place downtown and there is a small parking lot right in front of her studio. She validated my parking when I was finished, too! She took the time to talk with me about my hair issues, gave me practical styling techniques and really wanted to make sure I was happy with my hair cut. Her prices are reasonable and I will be back for future cuts....

I hadn’t had my hair cut in 5 years until coming here the other day because before I moved here I had the same stylist for 10 years or my mom would cut it. Couldn’t sleep one night and just booked the first person that had good reviews and an open appointment first thing in the morning. So glad I did! My hair was past my waist and damaged. Now it’s just below my shoulders and I love it. Great experience overall! I just got short hair with some face framing layers. Looks just like the pictures I showed her. As a bonus she gives a really good scalp massage when she shampoos you. Anyway, I love her and I’m glad I found a stylist I’d want...
