Beautiful selection of socks. Generally priced between $14.99 to $17.99. Under normal circumstances, I'd certainly recommend this shop. However buyer beware: Their return policy is not very accommodating! One pair of socks had lose threading. That was handled properly and I got a new pair of socks. The other pair had the most beautiful rich colors, however, when I put them on, the colors turned into pastel shades, due to stretching. I was not made aware of this at the time of purchase! Had I known, I never would have bought them!! Above all, it was a pair costing $17.99. I most certainly did not want pastel shade socks, when I see beautiful rich colors. This shop is perfect for sock lovers and non-sock lovers alike! It has such a vast amount of products to choose from for either yourself or the perfect gift for somebody else! I ended up buying 5 pairs of socks in order to take advantage of the buy 5, get 1 free promotion!

But what really makes this place shine is the customer service. Ms. Kay emitted an Aloha spirit that would make any tourist, such as myself, feel welcome to the island. She offered great suggestions and was able to accommodate to my needs, going far beyond what I expected from her!

The store had a wonderful selection of socks, they were a little pricy but that is to be expected with socks of this type. My issue was when I wanted to return 2 pairs because it was a rather expensive total, but when I asked if I could, she told me I would have to come back the next day. I am not even staying in Honolulu, but 30-45 minutes away so this would be extremely inconvenient for me to come all the way back. Furthermore, she had made a mistake and scanned 2 of the pairs twice, but was able to give me cash back for those two pairs, but wouldn’t allow me to...
