My first appointment with this company I booked the facial special that was advertised through Facebook. I do other types of self care treatments all the time so I wanted to try this place out because I thought it was a good deal. After my appointment I felt pressured as I was given some tea and then they had me watch a video of their device that they use for the facials. I was assured that for $1200 I would get 10 facials and some of their products to use at home and they would capture the process of my skin change. I was told that once I leave I was not allowed to get the same deal and so I went ahead and took the deal and booked my next appointment. $1567.50 for the facial package and $73.14 for this facial spent that day and then on march 5 I called to confirm my appointment for March 7th and no one got back to me. When I called again they couldn’t even find my appointment let alone first and last name in their system. They then tried to make it up to me and my second facial with them was done by Maria and she was actually really great and I saw a big difference from my facial with her. But now I haven’t seen her there and didn’t get her my other two times but after being rescheduled/appointment not found for the third time I’ve found that I’ve just been scammed out of over $1500 as I only got 3 out of 11 facials and at this point there’s nothing left for me to do but give others a warning to beware of this company and their sketchy practice. They just want your money upfront and then make it impossible to have a good experience after you’ve already given them your money and instead expect you to give them more (tip, parking, time). I have been to 3 different dermatologist and 2 different spas for my acne. I've taken medicine and tried every type of skincare. Honestly I just booked an appointment for the experience not to find a solution for my acne.
After my LED treatment. I was approach by Ethan who asked if I would be interested in a consultation for the acne. I said what the heck, couldn't hurt.
After a 2 tests on my skin (can't remember what he called them) he offered me a treatment package. I politely declined because I thought just another proffessional thinking something will work for me, but nothing ever does. He was very respectful and said if I changed my mind i was always welcome back.

On my way out I saw a client of theirs Deborah and complimented her on her AMAZING skin (SHE SAID SHES 71!!!) We talked for a bit and I told her Ethan had offered me a package but I was uncertain it would work. She assured me that Ethan always delivered what he promised her and that she has bought multiple treatments over time from with him.
I went back to Ethan to show me the prices. I told him I couldn't afford to do the ten sessions that he recommended. (Honestly I was just unsure again) He asked if I would be more comfortable starting with half the treatments. I told him I could do that.

I originally had an appointment today because I saw their ad for their 90 min facial for only $70. I thought hey that’s a steal! But the past few days, they have called me NONSTOP confirming an appt that was already confirmed. When I called them today to confirm the procedure, a woman could not tell me anything and frankly, she was rude. She told me to “hold” and then hung up. I texted back the number saying “you hung up on me” and she responded: “Apologies. I assumed our conversation had concluded since I hadn't heard from you, and I'm about to reach out to my manager.” Like what??? What do you mean? You told me to hold so I did and you hung up on me. She then changed her story and said that it was a misunderstanding and she “revisited” the conversation and realized she did say hold on. Ummmm sorry what??? This whole thing happened within a 7 min timeframe. I called them back hoping to speak to a manager so I can confirm what procedures I am having done and reached the same woman and she’s raising her voice and her tone was absolutely ridiculous and rude. At this point, I’m over it and cancelled the appt bc if the customer service is lacking class and kindness then I can’t imagine how the rest of the service is going to be.
