My friend Matt and I shopped Kealopiko at their booth at Merrie Monarch last week. We were attracted to the beautiful patterns and colors offered. Even though there was no dressing room, or mirror at the booth, everyone was so helpful and friendly, I purchased two lovely floral print dresses. Matt got a beautiful shirt he wore to the closing night of the festival. We sat behind the musicians and as it turned out Kealopikoâs beautiful new red and white floral shirt as modeled by Matt was visible in much of the festival broadcast coverage! Beyond the products the customer service wasnât the best any time I have come into this store front. The girls who are working seem unhappy to be there let alone help people. Very strong presence of attitude can be picked up by anyone when receiving help . I hope this will change in the future . They do their runs in small batches, and when something is sold out, itâs gone. This brand has a dedicated following, and for a highly anticipated release, sometimes people will wait in line for hours.
