Tucked away like a well-kept secret, this café offered far more than just a good meal — it was an experience that lingered long after the last sip of coffee. From the moment I stepped in, the warmth of the staff made it feel like I was being welcomed into a friend’s home rather than a business.
The food? Absolutely exceptional. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, with fresh ingredients and bold, balanced flavors that told a story. My plate looked like something out of a magazine, and tasted even better. It’s the kind of place where even a simple sandwich becomes memorable. My friend’s daughter had pancakes that were tasty and adorable❤️
But what truly sets this café apart is the setting. Large windows frame a landscape that feels like a live painting — dappled sunlight, and the occasional bird fluttering by. I found myself slowing down, taking deeper breaths, and just enjoying the moment.
Kind people, incredible food, and scenery that soothes the soul — this café doesn’t just serve meals, it offers a kind of quiet magic. I’ll be back, and I’ll...
Read moreStrolled past this establishment a few times during different stays in Waikiki and have not hit the open hours until this past week. Stopped in for a weekday brunch/lunch. Service was friendly. They were also clear about no substitutions. (I asked for no acai but keeping the fruit cup)The vibe is beachy pastels and the decor is playful and cute. For those watching their sugar intake the menu was particularly challenging. The shrimp was plump and flavorful for both the eggs benedict and Maki special. The hollandaise sauce could have been more flavorful. The hash brown potatoes looked anemic. Rice to ingredient ratio in the fried rice was high, leaving me scavenging through rice to find the spinach/mushroom/onion bits. Also just a pet peeve of mine is serving uncleaned shrimp (waste line still there in spite of scoring through the shell). Overall cute open air place for brunch, but would not come back to...
Read moreCute spot with delicious food and drinks! The decor and open windows give this cafe a whole vibe. The food is DELICIOUS! We had: Eggs Benedict and BBQ Short Ribs, Eggs Benedict and Portuguese Sausage, Haupia Cream and Mac Nut Pancakes, and Lilikoi Cream and Pineapple Pancakes. It was all yum yum yummy, especially the Haupia cream! The drinks we tried were the Island Mimosa, Island Margarita, and Lemonade. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Whether you like your brunch savory or sweet, I highly recommend giving this place a visit.
A few things worth noting: they have very limited parking. Be prepared to search for street side parking and walk a little. It is a small space with a wait list. Our wait wasn’t long and totally worth it. They do not take reservations, which we appreciate because we just decided on a whim to go have brunch. They do have a clean restroom...
