This review is for Krystle and Krystle alone, not Lash Love as a whole. I would just like to save someone the future humiliation, frustration, and shockingly poor treatment. And this is for the owner as well, if she considers negative feedback just as useful as positive. If I were the owner of an establishment I would want to know how my employees are treating our clients and representing my business. After reading some of the reviews, it appears that I am not the only one that has had a terrible experience with Krystle and her attitude. Disclaimer: I do love Lash Love, they have been great for years. That being said, I typically go to Phoebe, who is so sweet and amazing by the way, I highly recommend her. Unfortunately We had a scheduling conflict, so I went to Krystle, thinking it wouldn't be that bad, I was hugely mistaken, and that will never be happening again. Krystle lacks understanding, patience, humility, and general decency. She is rude, combative, unable to hear feedback, and has zero qualms about arguing with you and embarrassing you in front of a whole room. She actually spoke the words "I'm not willing to accommodate you" It was awful. I honestly cannot believe what just took place. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone but her! Don't say you weren't warned by me and the Others on here. There would be no place for that level of unkindness and unprofessionalism...
Read moreI've been having my lashes done for 4 years and never had a problem with retention until I started going here 7 months ago. It was the one luxury I gave myself because it was the one thing that boosted my confidence. My eyes are a bit small and my nose a bit big so having dramatic lashes balanced my face and I used to enjoy going. But I was made to feel guilty for my lack of retention, like I was a problem client. I started to dread going. And then I got passed off to another technician. I got the impression that my technician just didn't want to deal with me anymore. She was never very friendly anyway, but it really showed that her clients are just that and nothing more. The money was more important than the client themselves. Not a good way to build a business. It's mostly frustrating because in the years I was going to my one and only previous technician, she never once brought up my retention. Or lack of it. She made me feel like a valued client and did her job well. If I hadn't moved states I'd still be going to her. What a frustrating and disappointing experience Lash Love has been. Don't waste your time and money on the subpar experience you will ultimately have...
Read moreThere were some pluses about this place. The staff was professional and friendly, and the business was clean and orderly. I however had a bad lash experience. I got a last lift and tint right before the holidays and simply put they looked terrible. One eye was so curled and coiled that it my eyelash created barrel roll making my lashes look like stubs. The other eye was curled back, then flared foward, like an 'S'. I called and they were very quick to attempt to fix it, but the damage had been done. Then, I had to buy a conditioner for my eyelashes as they were over processed on the ends. It was a bummer at the holidays because I could not put on a full face of makeup because when I went to go put on mascara all it did was accentuate how mangled my eyelashes actually were. I cannot recommend this place, and hope nobody has an...
