WORST EMPLOYEES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Three days ago I came here to look at some vintage lenses. I found one that I liked but was skeptical to purchase because I wasn’t sure if it would fit my lens adapter, which is what I told the employee helping me. She politely said “you can always return it if it doesn’t fit.” And so without hesitation I bought it knowing that I can just bring it back tomorrow if it doesn’t fit. Unfortunately the lens didn’t fit my new adapter so I went back the next day to return it. When I walked in there was a different girl working that was taller, light brownish hair and had glasses. I asked to return the lens and she said “no, we don’t do returns for vintage lenses”. I told her that an employee yesterday told me that I could. She said “I don’t know why she said that but we won’t give you a refund for the lens.” She was super rude and ignorant from the very beginning. I then asked for the managers number, and she made up a story saying he was on vacation but we will get back to you tomorrow, instead of just calling him in front of me. I leave the store frustrated. An hour later they call me back and say that I can get a refund for the lens. Smh. I’ll admit they have a good selection of camera bodies and lenses but they are extremely overpriced. Better to just buy used off marketplace or eBay. But more importantly employees need better training and communication skills. Never coming back...
Read moreRead moreIf I could rate zero stars, I would. For this owner, profit matters more than honesty or customer loyalty. This isn't a camera shop-it's a scam wrapped in a storefront. I have spent over $700 in repairs for a camera that I bought for $1,320 and was assured was in a good working order. The owner knowingly sells barely repaired cameras that they claim as good condition and will not accept responsibility for selling sub par gear at a mark up. I purchased a "CLA'ed" Leica from them for $1,320. 28 days later, and with only two rolls shot, the camera shutter broke. They lied to my face and told me that I was outside the 30 day window (this doesn't exist, it was incorrectly claimed by the store clerk) (25JAN-22FEB) before recanting and saying it's a 14 day period. Additionally, the camera repair technician the owners used to cla the Leica stated that "The camera is in poor condition. At the time of service, I did my best. If I repair everything, the cost will throw the dealer out." Which was not conveyed in the description of the camera. The technician isnt at fault, it is solely on the owner for maintaining a monopoly and treating his profit as the moral imperative instead of maintaining good customer...
First time using film cameras and came here for the first time needing just digital scans for them, i was told it would take about 3 days but a whole week past and nothing came in, and then I was told it would take another week for it to go through. So about two weeks to get your film ready. I do not recommend coming for films to get developed because they sends it out to another place which was difficult to contact since it’s only through email and closed on weekends its a conflicting process. Told people about this and I was recommended rainbow photo lab now since they take only an hour to send out scans. I don’t think I’ll come back here for my films. I do wish they can tell customers exact the day they can receive their paid films or improve and...
