12/2024 I finally had the opportunity to stop by and have a nice blended mocha with some avocado toast and bacon. Always a friendly staff, quick and consistent. So much so, I wish I lived nearby. Until the next visit... 😉🤙✌️ Really nice neighborhood cafe that's pretty convenient with street parking in front or around the corner to get your caffeine fix. Ideal place for a meet with enough spacing for semi privacy. Was pretty consistent flow of people, and it seems it's always that way. Diverse crowd because of the location and businesses nearby swinging by for their fix. Pretty good menu variety that you may not see at other cafés. Light breakfast and snack offerings to complement your hot or cold options. I hadn't had a Vienna coffee in years and was pleasantly surprised how the taste brought me back to the day. They even offered it chilled if I wanted it that way. Nice touch. Staff up front is friendly and courteous. Staff in the kitchen is hard working. There's seating outside, and they'll bring your order out to you. There's also seating inside and upstairs, and they adhere to Covid protocols. Nice, cosmopolitan, and eclectic feel. Pleasant and inviting decor but simple. The staff seems to make the place. Very cool place!🤙✌🙂 1/14/22 Had a blended mocha. They're still rocking it. Nice to see them busy. They seem to have added selections to their nice food menu. Way to keep on keeping on! 🤙✌️😊 7/16/22 Same great selection and most importantly, friendly staff, just the thing to get you going first thing in the a.m., to get a jump on that day. Tried the Blended Mocha today. Very 😎. Thanks all! 🙂🤙✌️

Always have a good experience at Morning Brew! I love when they have seasonal items - (been wanting to try the Caramel Apple Waffle for awhile now)! In the photos I got avocado toast (which comes w/ an egg) which was super yummy. Friend got the hummus + avocado sandwich (which was super yummy and came with vegetables in sandwich and a little spinach salad on the side). Grandmother got a Belgian Waffle (just asking for strawberries on top) which she really enjoy. In the other photo I got the Brew Breakfast which was pretty good and my boyfriend got the breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. (In general, while I've always thought their food is pretty good- it's always been a bit under seasoned for my taste. I do appreciate that they have hot sauce I can use.) The coffee is pretty standard here- nothing special- gets the job done. The big thing I love about this place is the copious amount of seating. There's a lot of seating available inside on the bottom floor as well as the top floor (I was a bit surprised with how little decorated and not vibey the atmosphere is up there though). Just seemed a bit desolate. There's also a couple seats outside on the lanai-area as well- which is quite nicely shaded and comfy in general. The staff has always been very lovely here. Super friendly, accommodating to requests, etc. Parking is available in SALT parking lot and Morning Brew will validate (free under an hour- more than that W/ VALIDATION will be $1).

I visited Morning Brew at SALT on April 14, 2025, with two friends, excited to try it for the first time after hearing great things. Unfortunately, what should’ve been a fun brunch turned into a traumatic experience when I discovered a cooked gecko folded into my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I was physically ill for hours afterward and contacted poison control out of concern for salmonella contamination, as I had already eaten part of the sandwich and bit into the gecko folded into the egg. It was an incredibly disturbing experience, both physically and emotionally. To the restaurant’s credit, they responded to my messages, refunded my order, and sent an apology. They also mailed me a $25 gift card and a $24 bag of coffee beans. However, given the severity of what happened—finding an animal in my food, becoming sick, and the emotional impact—it felt like a minimal gesture that didn’t fully acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. I don’t take writing reviews like this lightly, but I felt it was important to share what happened to encourage accountability and greater attention to food safety. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Decided to try buying local instead of Starbucks. My drinks are made by a brand new employee that spills the coffee all over the paper cups instead of the nice washable cups we were hoping for. I ask about this, she says I need to ask for them for here. I did, but don't push the situation. The mchas are cold.

Cold mochas. 25.00 including the 2.81 tip. they insist in microwaving the drinks instead of making new onea. This for some reason takes 5 minutes. I ask for the manager who comes out. I state "I don't normally buy local" I explain that the drinks were cold and then microwaved. She says I measures them with a thermometer they were at 120 degrees. They were not 120 degrees. I would say maybe 85 degrees.

After I take my now microwaved drinks to a table that has constant sanitary sewer smells from the dry trapped grate in the floor under it ( the only table left in the place) The manager comes over and starts to lecture me on how I approached her wrong and I should have been nicer. How I am the problem and that had I been sweeter I might have had a different outcome.

I am floored. So I say, "less than a block away is a place that if my drink sn't right then they remak it.they are cheaper too". She states ". We don't have enough money to remake drinks....

So I ask "so nstarbucks has you beat on price marketing and availability by your own admission. What do you have. She flatly states "customer service". At this point another employee inserts himself into the conversation to end it.

After being told Aloha on the way out by another employee I did flip them off.

Short take GO TO Starbucks!!! It's less than a block away and...
