I have to start by saying how absolutely lovely this place is! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed, and I truly appreciated the personal touches that reflect the owner’s Indigenous background…it made the space feel even more special.

Dominique, the MedSpa Manager, is full of Aloha! She is the perfect mix of professional, warm, and inviting. She really shows up for you, making sure you feel supported every step of the way - from the initial inquiry to post-treatment check-ins.

And Lisa Keaney? She is marvelous! She knows exactly what she’s doing, and she’s really good at it. But beyond her expertise, she has this incredible ability to make you feel safe and well cared for while ensuring you get the best possible results. I also appreciated how thorough she was in explaining everything in a way that made sense, without making me feel weird for not knowing all the beauty lingo.

It’s been a week since I got my glow on with Sculptra, Lip Filler, and Botox, and my face is healing beautifully! I’ve already had strangers, close friends, and family compliment me on how radiant and youthful I look (they had no idea why until I told them haha!).

I’m beyond excited to see my results continue to progress and reach their full potential.

My new home!

I came to The Things We Do knowing what I wanted to address, but I wasn’t sure which treatments would be the best fit for me. I had had just Botox once in the past but with my mid 30’s and wedding coming up I’m ready for the next thing. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly by the beauties at the front desk and it felt so genuine. I also loved that they use technology for check-in—it shows they stay up to date not only with procedures but also with customer convenience and understand my time is important to me.

I met with Lisa, who took the time to walk me through the different treatments I was curious about and crafted an action plan tailored to my needs. I decided to start with Botox that day and come back later for additional treatments. This was my second time getting Botox, and the experience was a night-and-day difference from what I’ve had at my dermatologist’s office.

The whole process was seamless. I was in and out quickly, but without any compromise on results I went in about 4 months ago and still feel confident!
