Waterfront Plaza — Attraction in Honolulu

From the initial greeting entering to exiting was sincere. Our waiter Ry was excellent. He spoke clear and very neat appearance. He introduced himself and and knew the menu very well. He also gave good recommendations on food and drinks. The bus boy Danny also introduced himself well and was very attentive to us while juggling his other duties. The two gentlemen worked very well together. The minus one star was the seating. The location and table size was perfect but the gentleman next to me kept using his super bright cellphone light to see the menu, which brings me to the lighting. It was well lite but just not good lighting at the tables. The other concern was the ventilation. I was noticing that smoke from the oyster rockafeller from different tables seemed to gather in our corner. I wasnt sure if there was a return shaft above us. Last but not least, the lady with the raspy voice scare me every time she unexpectedly checked on us. It is a great place to visit. Had to take my lovely better half to the spine center for a procedure and when we left our parking was validated. I go and insert my validated ticket into the machine at the exit and it says it is no longer valid. The attendant walks over and says the validation is only good for 30 minutes and then it rolls back over into accumulated time. I paid 21 dollars to exit the parking structure. A few lessons learned here. I do not need to state the obvious so I will not. The facility was Very clean and uncluttered. Security was on site and there were a lot of people who helped us out. Had the pot roast plate from Wiki Wiki food place. Really good, as is the rest of the other food we've eaten. Annie is always so nice & pleasant. Our visit that day started with a lady who was yelling at Annie so loud, I heard her as I was walking past the Row Bar that is on the other side away from Wiki Wiki!! As we got closer, this lady continued her badgering but Annie just kept her cool, politely answering this lady's questions.
