SHADY BUSINESS. This massage place is called "Spa Banyan" on the outside. On the inside, it says "Maile Massage". The male masseuse I got was amazing and did an exceptionally good job. KUDOS to him. However, the FRONT lady was extremely rude, shady, and unprofessional. She REQUIRES you to pay a minimum $20 tip, BUT tips should be OPTIONAL dependent on the level of service. She started YELLING and screaming in my face when I showed her my Groupon voucher that I purchased for MAILE massage at this exact address. I was going to go back to this place, because the masseuse did a great job, but the front lady ruined my experience completely. Nobody deserves to be yelled at after a massage, not even asked how it was or offered water. I just feel robbed of my $20 and verbally abused. I was certainly going to tip him, but how do I know the tip even went to him because all she did was swipe my card??? Also, the customer should choose the amount to tip. It's an ok massage place. They might try to entice you to come by offering a free hot stone massage, but I'm pretty sure it's included in the massage by default. My massage therapist gave a pretty good massage with a decent amount of pressure. Despite what I said earlier, the hot stones are nice.
