Cafe Gangnam — Restaurant in Honolulu

Good place to grab a few drinks, decent Korean pupus, and hang out. Drinks are decent prices, however the flavored soju seems a bit watered down even though they say it's a full soju bottle mixed in.

Had a bad experience with the karaoke room one night. They told us they were all reserved but if nobody checked in on time we could get the room. Not only did no one check in 15 minutes after the reservation, we saw multiple rooms open after waiting an hour.

Seemed a little mismanaged and disappointing. They could of gave us the room for 45 minutes and we would have gladly left when the party or or next appointment arrived.

Came here for a very late dinner for 2 around 11:30pm. It was empty on a Monday night. The store is pretty cold so bring a jacket lol. It was bumping music and the karaoke rooms looked spacious.

Stir fry kimchi pork with tofu: This was refreshing! The warm, tart kimchi pork paired well with the cold tofu. It hit my cravings for sure.

Spicy chicken gizzard: The flavor was delicious! I loved the hot, sizzling chicken gizzard. Probably my favorite pocha food.

We washed these down with refreshing makgeolli.

The service was friendly and quick. We ended the night there, but I'd want to come back and sing next time. A good spot for a night out...

Went in there, was told any table was open. They had one with a guy sittingnon the center beam by the table with his ass crack out. Asked the bigger waiter glasses and he said "Oh yeah they're doing something there right now." asked if he can ask them to sit down or knew those guys and he his response was "oh I don't know you can ask them." Wow, A+ For best customer service. NOT. We come here quite frequently and this is the second time we've encountered some bullshit service. They just made the bottom and not recommended list for us for places to eat. Try "Chez Kenzo" guys if your looking for good...
