Considering the beauty salon is inside the Outrigger Hotel and the cost of the services, the interior should be getting a bit of an upgrade. The ladies were lovely, however, relatively slow. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and was told it would be around 1 hour and 15 minutes but in the end it took just under 2.5 hours. We went there for waxing and it was the worst experience ever. I gave one star but what I wanted to give was 0 stars!!! They did not have a proper bed for waxing...they had a chair that reclined. They would start waxing you in the open salon if the waxing room was busy. I would not even recommend someone I hated to go...
