First of all, I would like to start by saying that if I could give Solitaire jewelers 10 stars I would. Marco, has been the most incredible jeweler we have had in our entire life. He was able to custom design rings for me and my husband and his attention to detail is unmatched. He never rushes you, always takes his time and listens to every detail and idea you may have and makes your dreams a reality. He gives you sound and honest advice and let’s you know if the idea in your head will work in real life. He stops at nothing to ensure your vision is a reality. I tell him over and over that he has made my dreams come true. Between my husband drawing up sketches and Marco truly understanding metals, diamonds and prong settings, they made my dream a reality. My ring is a show stopper and I am not just saying that to show off but because people stop me in the street or come up to me and ask me about my custom piece. One thing that makes me so emotional about my ring is that my hubby and Marco got together for a special anniversary and were able to further customize it by adding all the diamonds onto the ring my hubby had given to me as his girlfriend and then later as his wife. We took the diamonds from all the rings and bracelets my hubby gifted me over the years and added them on to my ring for a special anniversary gift. Even if you bought a ring elsewhere, bring it to Marco and he can further customize it and make it uniquely yours. My suggestion before buying any rings from common Mall jewelry stores or anywhere else, stop by to see Marco about customizing a ring or adding customization to an already existing setting. You will not be disappointed. I can not find the words to express how much Marco means to us. He has become our Ohana. We stopped by today to add yet another prong setting with diamonds all around it to further make my ring a truly one of a kind piece.The ideas in his head are not only endless but absolutely beautiful. We lived in Japan and I was limited on time to get the ring sized and to add more diamonds on it while on vacation in Hawaii and I had major separation anxiety and real fear it would get lost in the mail. We left the island without my ring but Marco promised it would be shipped to me within 2 weeks. Marco not only had my ring finished in time but insured it and carefully wrapped it and he sent me tracking info to keep track of it every step of the way. He patiently updated me through the whole process and my ring came out better than anything I could have possibly imaged. I love Marco and my hubby and I trust no one else with this small mountain on my hand LOL. I can’t recommend him enough. Worth every penny! You won’t find a more honest and reliable jeweler in our eyes. He truly makes you feel like you’re his most important client. I have referred several couples to him and they all say the same thing. I was shopping online for a wedding band, one to replace my own wedding band that I'd purchased 18 years ago. My original band was not able to be resized because of the design. After scouring the internet to find another one in a bigger size, I found 1, and it was here at Solitaire Jewelers. Marco helped me with the online purchase over the phone and email. He was very good at getting back to me in a timely manner to answer the questions I had. I was a little nervous to purchase from an online retailer, especially living in another state. But everything went absolutely perfectly. The package shipped right after I paid for it. It arrived in a discreet package, and inside it very nicely gift wrapped, including a gift bag, very thoughtfully done. My fiancée and I searched around the whole Island in search of a men’s wedding band and had absolutely no luck. We found Solitarie Jewelers online and decided this was a place we wanted to check out.
