Beware. I got a 90 min massage. paid for it. Asked for a tip, i said not until after massage. When it was over,

the masseuse then began to pressure me to get another massage, 60 min. done by the front desk lady. I contemplated and decided, yes. Its been a looong 4 months of non stop work. I deserve this.

Before we proceeded with the second massage, she asked for her tip. I said why don’t we just ring it up with the second massage etc. after she got it set up on clover or square, she asked for the tip amount. I said $20 tip. And then told me a $20 tip wasn’t enough for her. I said I’m sorry but $20 is still a good tip. She then proceeded to pressure me to the point of me being uncomfortable. She asked for $25. I relented and said yes. All while I’m laying on the table half naked as she’s negotiating with me. I said ok.

Her colleague was so bad that I got up after 35 min. She clearly didn’t know how to massage and most likely never had training and was just getting a shady buck. 2.she asked what was wrong, i said, to be polite, im ready to get home. and then I left. When I looked at my receipts, the first masseuse had charged me $30 tip X 2 …

I’ve visited 7 times total now. I refuse to go anywhere else and I will only go if Nina is my masseuse.(ASK FOR HER) This is not your average massage. This is where you come to slow time down and reconnect with your mind, body and soul. It is a spiritual experience. Being in the military I have traveled the world and have gotten massages everywhere I’ve been, she is by far the absolute best. If you’ve ever been to massage envy, or any other recreational massage parlor. You can sense the energy of them just doing it for the money and ready to rush you out for the next client. Nina is a healer. She takes her time, focuses on every inch of your body that is sore, and doesn’t even pay attention to the clock. There are no words really to describe the feeling you get when you leave. I would use nostalgic, but it’s so much more than that. I will 100 times over recommend this spot and this spot only. I don’t write reviews because most places aren’t worth a paragraph. Just your average 5 stars and done. It really is worth it. it’s inexpensive too, so really what do you have to lose? just go. I promise you will...

I usely don't write review , but I felt bad if I don't, because this place especially Nina the owner deserve one. I got into a car accident almost two years ago, so I lived with pain everyday, everytime I'm in pain a think of Nina ....I know she can fix me . I only goes to her one time and she can do so much for me than those treatment I have in a chiropractor or a occupuncher office, seriously !!! I'm in California now but always wish that I'm in Hawaii, so I can stop by her to get treatment. Oh for those who just want a relaxing massage, this place is very peaceful and quiet .... although it's in the middle of a busy street. Hope this message is helpful for those that are looking for a good and healthy massage while vacation in Hawaii. Thank you Nina ! Can't wait to be back there again. Good luck with...
