Terrible experience trying to buy a simple xc ski setup. Salesperson for the department spent all her time on one other couple and completely ignored me. I tried asking another salesperson for help And was told to wait. So after 30 minutes of googling my setup, finding and trying on boots etc., I asked to checkout. Only for the cashier to refer me back to the saleswoman who was still engaged with the other customer and completely incapable of multi-tasking. She then calls up some poor girl from the backroom and instructs her to help me pick out the right xc ski. She says “yup looks good.” The whole experience was so off- putting I just left. It could’ve been the quickest and easiest 500 bucks made in less than 5 minutes (I was eager to get out before dark) but no apparently not. I went here to buy my daughter a new ski package boots bindings everything. It took a while for someone to take care of us but once they did it was a spectacular experience. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right equipment for my daughter that I am confident that she will be able to use for decades to come. The best part of it was the price was extremely good, way less than I expected to pay for a brick and mortar store with all the personal help that I would need. Attempted to get my telemark skis mounted and they completely mounted my brand new skis wrong. After giving a specific location for boot center I received them 6cm off where I asked. They'll get mounted correctly but two drills before touching the snow isn't ideal.

Edit* Was asked to wait possible months for new skis, while not having any gear, or receive remounted skis and minimal cash... Either way I recieved multiple phone calls and was talked to as if I had no clue where I wanted MY SKIS mounted. Tread very lightly...
