UPS - Willow Grove- WILPA — Local services in Horsham Township

Stole my laptop. I ordered a laptop, the day it was supposed to be delivered, the driver said he cant find the package and he will try to deliver later. End of day comes, and the tracking status changes to: "Uncontrollable events have delayed delivery. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. Please check back on the next business day for updates."

The next business day, status changes to "On the Way Loaded on Delivery Vehicle", truck pulls up, has me sign for the package. The box felt very light, I open the package, and its empty. I run out to tell the UPS driver, he doesnt seem surprised, takes the empty box back and says he will speak to his supervisor. Needless to say, I hear nothing from UPS.

I've been calling customer service and they are no help. I cant file a clam because I dont have the box and the sender cant file a claim because I...

I worked at the Willow Grove Center for about a week until I realized how corrupt the company actually is. They have a system of putting the largest packages in the front of outbound semis and calling it “A wall” then throwing every other smaller package over the top like a dog toy. Broken packages, fragile or not, no one cares. I got fired for calling them out on their sorting practices. Any Maryland package labeled 217 would reject because it was improperly sorted but because they wanted better company numbers they would put it through the wrong belt again and again and again. I worked from home today because I know I had packages that were suppose to be delivered today. I have been checking the app and I notice at 11:35am it showed "delivered. I like how no one ring my door bell. I go downstairs and my package is gone. I looked on the app and the drive has a blurry pic as though he delivered the package. I truly believe the driver stole my package. I had to place a claim for stolen package for this to take forever when UPS could just refund me my money. Its not fair you trust the delivery companies only for the package...
